Ramada by Wyndham Surrey/Langley

Loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. My room was clean and quiet and I loved that there was a pool for me and the kids. Will definitely book here next time I'm in town for family again!

Check in service was pleasant but could use some more efficiency. Found it a bit slow, and repetitive as they asked to fill out the paperwork, in which it had the same contact information as filled out online (in order to make reservation). I understand the need for signing the deposit liabilities but the contact name, address, and email etc could be pulled from reservation instead. Felt a bit like gathering information. I was also confused as to why we were given one room key when checking in for two people.Overall building was old, and soundproofing could use some work. sheets were relatively clean but upon further examination, still had marks and hair embedded. The hair dryer, oh my gosh. A) did not work, b ) when i looked at it closer to check why, noticed the uncleaned grills and put it down immediately. Dust on tables and in the drawers.Also, this is a personal superstition and maybe just the room we were in but I really did not enjoy how one of the beds had the large mirror directly in front with no way of covering with a towel due to size and lip of the border. The sink mirror was also viewable and though not direct, had a weird angle view into the toilet/ door to toilet from the both beds.Breakfast was ok- provided by the restaurant next door, but limited in hot options. Still, the restaurant kept it clean and was pleasant when arriving.Overall, because it was a short and impromptu trip for a few nights, I lived with it. But would not visit again, and definitely not at the night rate.

Jordon, at the front desk, was kind, efficient and had a great sense of humor. Our one night stay was very comfortable and the room was very clean, however, pancakes and eggs at the continental breakfast were cold. Would recommended

Very nice and clean. Good price. Excellent customer service. I had a foot injury. I ask from desk if they can give me check in early and they give me check in 12: 30pm check in time was 3:00 p.m. didn't charge me. I didn't think for early check-in awesome highly recommend this hotel

The staff are super friendly. They made check-in and check out super easy. The hotel is definitely dated. The rooms could use a little updating as well as the hotel overall. It was a clean place to lay our heads, so ultimately, that's all that really mattered. A bit pricey compared to some other hotels, but their location was closer to what we needed so I guess that's what we paid for.

This hotel should not be able to carry the Ramada name without significant improvements to the guestrooms and common areas to justify the high rates. The room I stayed in was the dirtiest room I have every stayed in, stains, sticky surfaces, caked on dust and clumps of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Unfortunately, the rooms were fully booked, so I was unable to switch my family to another room. Instead, I asked for the room to be re-cleaned the next day after going over surfaces myself with Lysol wipes after an evening check-in. I specifically asked housekeeping to clean the clump of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. After 3 days, the clump of hair remained untouched by the staff. Considering the state of this hotel, the owners and management are fortunate to have the courteous staff that they do. I don't imagine they receive many compliments from guests.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, ample parking spaces. Breakfast table sequence could be improved, causes lots of confusion. Food could be properly labeled. Should add water dispenser instead of a water jug. Overall good value for money.

I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about, my stay at this hotel was lovely. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Normally other hotel pools irritate my skin, but the Ramada’s was a joy to swim in. I’m so happy to have had such an all around great experience.

The front desk lady was fantastic, quick and friendly. Upon getting to our pet room (102), the carpet was disgusting, stains and smelled, we just opened the window for fresh air. As we arrived late in the evening and were only staying one night, we lived with it. Management really needs to remove the carpet in this room. The bed was ok and it was very quiet to sleep. The breakfast was great in the restaurant.

The building is from about the 1980s with no substantial updates since. Interior doors are flat panel, ceiling fans are old and filthy, switches, sinks, faucets, tubs, light fixtures are old, Internet connectivity was never a design consideration. Upgrades only included counters and some lights may be dimmable, WiFi is available. Upgrade design and workmanship is three star level. Prices should be lower to match the quality.Upon arrival, carpets are stained, mirror is dirty, bath tub is scummy. Staff is polite and helpful, but aren't miracle workers.
