HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!RK furniture is scamming people! You’ll buy an item and won’t receive updates on its delivery for months! I still haven’t received my shipment and it’s been 6 months. Lady who sold it to me blocked my phone number after calling to check on its delivery. Shadiest workplace and people! There are so many other places worth buying from and this place is not one of them!

So much selection and everything looks amazing. We had Harj help us and he was wonderful. Thanks for all the help today.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Service? What customer service?My husband and I walked around the entire store, shopping for couches and then beds... not a single worker greeted us or came to help us. They all stood in the back talking...we were literally the only customers in there and they could not care less. We will never return based truly on this. Worst service I've ever encountered, what a shame. It was our first time giving them a go! Total let down.

I can not rave enough about the outstanding fabulous customer service I have received! Michele Turner was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Such a pleasant awesome woman that made buying my 3 furniture sets a breeze. Adele has also been super nice and so helpful to sort issues with the delivery. I like to highly recommend them. I have always trusted Sonica with my personal space because from 2007 until 2021, EVERY time I have hired her either through RK or through her personal design company, Interiors by Sonica, she has given me results which were beautiful beyond what I had envisioned. Her brand is part (longtime!) experience and part magic! She engages with passion and knowledge. She patiently combs through inventory to find choices. She is honest and clear with possibilities and impossibilities. Her products are incredible quality. For 14 years, she has amazed me with her ability to reflect back to me varying, thoughtful options that give me the mood and tone I desire within a set budget. The final results are ALWAYS better than I could have imagined! I cannot express the exquisite joy that comes with living in a space that reflects my personal taste, hopes, and dreams so beautifully back to me.

Bought a lazy boy electric chair. The electronics keep failing and have to keep paying to have them fixed. Be careful of lazy boy products that have electronic controls. Very cheaply made. The good news is the staff are excellent and helpful.

Truly delighted by the service, cleanliness, selection and overall experience shopping at RK.
