Is really crowded during the summer but worth the short hike (if you can even call it that). Very nice and cooling when it's hot

I stumbled upon this location during a hike recently. It's a beautiful spot that requires some effort to get to, but is well worth it. The colors and swimming opportunities are outstanding.

The color of the pool is amazing, just like a jade or emerald. I would like to jump into the water if it's in summer.

I love this place. I come here summer and winter for enjoyment. Every Saturday morning I take a group cold water swimming and this is a safe place to do this and pretty much the most stunning place to do this.In the summer, it's a great spot to swim, cliff jump, or laze in the sun. The rest of the year is great to visit on a hike or hit a cold water swim.I'll let the pics speak the rest.

What a privilege to wake up in the city and be here by 8am. The walk through Lynn Canyon to get here is revitalizing and wholesome. Getting in the water in the winter is...also? While some people insist that there are many health benefits to cold water immersion, it's not for everyone. The view, on the other hand, is worth getting up early for.

Smaller than expected but fortunately not too busy at noon on Monday in late September. A number of non-swimmers sitting on the edge taking in the view. Water is pretty cold at first

The shorter entrance to this pool is actually located down the road toward Rice Lake road, you have to walk down this road (there no parking so you have to street park), go over the bridge, and take the first right after the bridge. It will go down and path and then a lot of stairs before you get to the pool, should take 10 minutes. Some people have accidentally gone down the wrong entrance and done a 1.5 hour hike. Be warned that the water is freezing cold and it is best to go on an extremely warm day. Lots of people cliff diving but there’s also a lot of large stones to relax on and shallow water to swim in.
