Olde Town Auto Spa

I haven't received my products yet, but the level of customer service so far deserves 5 stars. I was looking EVERYWHERE for Maguiar's Super Degreaser Concentrate (not usually available in Canada) and found it offered on their site, but out of stock. I left a message for the store to find out when they'd have some available. Hal (owner) text me back immediately asking how he could help. He offered some alternatives but I was stuck on Maguiar's. Weeks later, I get a text from him letting me know they're in stock. I didn't ask for a message nor did I expect one, I would usually just check the site every few days. I put in my order and let Hal know I hoped they arrived before the weekend. Hal upgraded my to Xpress Post for free. Definitely buying from here again!

I ordered a product and was concerned about signature requirements for the shipped item. That was addressed by Hal plus, he inquired about another shipping option which I had not thought of. Very efficient and personable service!

I bought the Novus Polish and Scratch Remover Starter Kit to keep the clear plastic on many of my papercrafting tools in shiny, clean condition (particularly my stamp positioners). I was very pleased with the product, the friendly communication & service and the speedy delivery. Thank you Hal!
