During these strange times we decided to support the small guys instead of the big box stores. We drove all the way from guelph to purchase a high end dishwasher. When we got home, we found out a part was missing. The part missing was the kick plate! We called personally and left the phone number. Three or four times.We are yet to get a call back from the store. I guess if they ignore us, the problem is solved for them.No, I would definitely not go back or recommend these guys to anyone.Lesson learned.Beware
