Simatech Vapour Shop

I stopped by Simatech because my friend had purchased a vape and one of the pods was faulty immediately and the second pod stopped working after a couple of weeks. She did not keep her receipt and I told her that they may have some advice on how to fix it but they wouldn't be able to replace it without the receipt. About a year ago I purchased a disposable vape that was faulty and the store in Courtenay wouldn't exchange it. To my surprise they exchanged her vape no problem and showed her how to use it so she didn't have problems with it in the future. While I was there I got some very honest and good advice on another vape I was interested in. As a long time vaper I always appreciate knowledgeable advice on new vapes or juice. I will definitely be returning to the Simatech in Nanaimo even though I live near Courtenay. Thanks again for your great customer service.

Denied a purchase due to lack of ID.. I am 40 years old. I haven't been id'd in a decade. I work in a dispensary. I was wearing my name tag and staff shirt as I took time out of my lunch break to TRY and get some vape pods.Aside from being refused, the utter lack of products would be enough to make me never shop there again.There are better shops, more accommodating shops, in Nanaimo

I've been shopping at this store for 7 years now. I've always been friendly, and I've been super flexible with them scanning my ID every time I come in (which is a lot). I have an older tank that uses free base. I have a particular flavour I've used for a while now, but this store doesn't carry that flavour in free base, only salt nic. Salt nic eats right through my coils, and just doesn't provide a good experience when I fill my tank. I don't see why I need to buy a whole new rig to vape, when I have a perfectly good one, but just no juice for it. I'm having to look in alternate places to buy my juice from now, which is a shame, since I've been a loyal customer for so long. I might still come and get coils, but that's all this store is good for anymore for me. Such a shame.

I have been shopping for all my vape supplies for several years now. They usually have what I need. Staff is polite and the store is clean. Also appreciated is the 20% off Tuesdays and the 5% discount when you return used coils. They are also located very conveniently to me in the north end.

After being loyal customers for years, the staff has become unfriendly and the service poor. After one encounter there I’ll never be back. My husband and I both made the switch to foggy’s. Worth the drive across town.

Was in the store today when a lady tried to bring her young baby inside. When she was informed it was against company policy to allow children inside she became irate and extremely aggressive towards the two lady's working. She stormed in leaving her baby outside and berated them. They handled the situation very well and professionally. Which included one staff member standing out side with her crying baby.

Have been a regular customer for about 3 years. Usually a good experience. Nice selection of merchandise and reasonably knowledgeable staff. Friendly polite service. Bonus is 20% off on Tuesdays and 5% discount on coils when you return used ones.

I only go here when I “have” too, selection is good but the staff are not friendly and don’t know what they’re talking about most of the time.

Lack of customer service , i didnt hv id on me (43yrs ) so wouldnt sell to me . Foreman had id but she wouldnt sell to him because i was with him . Never again
