Requested a quote. Received a response that someone would get back to me shortly. No quote has been received. Everyone else I have contacted promptly responded . Clearly Yardworx doesn’t need anymore business. If this is how they respond to new business I would be very concerned how they would respond if there was an issue.

Booked my snow removal services 1 month ahead, to start on Oct 15th while we were away, got a phone call while away that they were pushing my services to Dec 1st, I said fine. Got another call today’s 2 days before services were going to start saying they were no longer able to provide services on Dec 1st. Now am left with no services and scrambling to find someone to do it. Absolutely unacceptable service. Highly suggest anyone not to book anything with a company that isn’t serious after they commit.

Stratospherically over charge for their services. Would leave no star if it was possible. For over a decade our hedge was trimmed by Yardpro. It took two people 2.5 hours in the fall and cost roughly $375. Yardworx wanted to charge over $500 per hour with their total estimate $1500! Do not give business to these crooks! And regarding the owner's response . . . you didn't find my name in your system because I cancelled any further bookings and my account when I received your latest ridiculous and outlandish overpriced quote.

They are never available to answer phone calls or emails! It was very difficult just to get an estimate ! Couldnt even get an aprrox date when the treatment could be done

Our yard was a DISASTER when they showed up, and by the time they left it was clean and cleared of all debris and they mowed the grass and put down fertilizer as well! Wonderful service, very friendly, and absolutely incredible work. 10/10 would hire again.

We like them a lot. We have asked they call me when they are coming once a month.They work on the front yard only. We have a back yard. Maybe it's intentional not to work in the back on lilacs in the back since they are larger. The only other piece is a small rose garden in the back. If I'm not there to tell them to do it, they don't . This is not serious. We want them to continue but not forget our yard doesn't end in the front.

This company took over from our previous service provider Canada Yard Pro. It’s past 7 pm and no one has showed up to clear the snow. It’s a lot of snow so some delay is expected but this is way beyond reasonableness.Update: The service was not completed at 9.26 by your team rather because of your non responsiveness, I had to call someone else, pay for it despite having a contract with you to get it done. Kindly be more responsive in future and hope we get a good service for remaining duration of the contract.
