DON'T LET THE GUYS TOUCH YOUR NAILSOne hand all crooked because the guy put the tips on crooked and cut them too narrow, lied to me saying he'd fix it in shaping only to make them super narrow on the hand he buggered. When I brought it up, he tried to blame it on my nail size, they're the same on each hand. I did this to treat myself and walked out half way because now I have to fix it. I've done my own nails for 4 years so I know your ladies know what they're doing, but the guys have no clue and will blame you for their mistakes rather than fix it. Will be reporting them as I do not believe the male workers to have proper certification if this is what they do.

The only nail salon my daughter likes to go to! Friendly staff, casual environment, great prices. While they do accept walk-in appointments, I always call ahead for an appointment for my daughter and I think it is appreciated. A new set of nails from start to finish (without any special requests, like jewels, etc.) generally takes under an hour, and my daughter has never had issues with them coming off. I recommend !

I honestly would not recommend this place, I went here to get my nails done went back, cause I had noticed all my nails where crooked, and nail polish was coming off, I asked if they can give me half my money back they suggested to fix them up, and they clipped off the gel nails & was not gonna pay me back! So I got mad and said I ain't leaving here without my refund! And yes cause I snapped I got my refund back. And not ever going to this nail salon again! Worst customer service skills, and not as polite and they seem to be when asked a simple small question!Also didnt even clip them properly after clipping my nails. Just looks rough and ugly! And tried kicking me out the salon without my money! Should have clipped them properly or at least took them off professionally

If I could give Zero stars I would. They are horrible, rude, unkind and charge for nails that are not finished and are not good in business or to the public. They didn’t even finish my nails and charged me a bunch of cash before they threw me out because they didn’t know how to finish my nails!! Ugly people to go to for gel nails. What a terrible experience. I’ve never been treated this way before, rudely & disrespectfully. Must be racist to indigenous people!!

Helped me fix my broken actual nail ...it was nice they are nice people to talk to and make you feel comfortably

Apparently, she had her mind made up and refused to do my nails, I asked to her regular nail polish on so I can change colours if I wanted too but she said it would take too long and they have gel nail polish instead.She immediately decides what I should or shouldn’t do with my nails. And again she says they used the pointed clear tip and I dint want that shape.“She says we do nails the way we want to do nails here. Our way that’s it. So your gonna have to leave and got to another store and I told her I always come here. And and she kept say you have to leave. Like I literally got drop off. I told the guy. Don’t kick me out my ride is coming to get me.

I’ve experienced lateral violence, aggressive behaviour from the workers there today, ones name is maymay and the owner who wears a hat all the time. The owner was doing my nails and you know when they clean the back, with that pointy piece she accidentally went to rough. That hurt, it was fine but then she pulled back my nails at the sides too much. You know what I mean if you get your nails done, she pulled back too much where she had already punctured my skin. I was startled and yelled ouch, she said I was too sensitive and I said no it’s my body. Then my finger started bleeding. After maymay who game me a pedicure started to do an awful job on my feet. I went to pay and I asked if I was going to get a discount for the puncture the blood. She said no we don’t give discounts on anything, it costs more to shorten your nails. I said that’s not fair and she automatically tells me well you can go someplace else then. We don’t give discounts for their accountability, their actions. So to me that’s sounds like they don’t care anyways about treating customers with kindness, consideration and thoughtfulness. It’s all about the money

Went to get my nails done for my moms wedding and they did an awesome job. Only took about 45 minutes and unlike other places I’ve been, didn’t cut me in the process. Super gentle and professional.

Got my nails done yesterday. A young guy did my nails but he told me that he had no experience! After I walked out of there my nails felt like they are going to fall off.. just because he didn’t apply pressure while glueing the nails on. They are lifting already such a waste of money!!! I do NOT recommend this place!!!!!

My experience was not good. Customer service is very poor. I think the goal of the salon is more about the number and not quality. Went for pedicure and manicure. My nail beds were not even cleaned out for manicure and the finishing was very rough. I took time to clean out my finger tips. Within an hour, some of the tips of my fingernails were chipping off and I had to file a bit to make it look good. Waited for a while even after washing my legs to get started with painting. I didn't like the color and wanted a change. The lady left to start another customer who just came in. Waited for long and only got some attend to me when I was about to leave. Was told it was same charge whether or not cuticles were cleaned.Would definitely not recommend this place.
