Sam and team at Aquaflame are AMAZING! We wanted to get an AC unit installed, and asked Sam to service our current furnace. Upon inspection, the heat exchanger was corroded to the point where is was unsafe to use. Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace as well, as it was not installed properly by another company who we purchased it from.Sam gave us a great price on a new furnace and had us up and running in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Sam for your HVAC needs, this guy is amazing!!Thanks again, Sam! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you!

My Ameristar furnace motor has gone bust in 3 years and he is not responding to my messages and phone calls after my sending all warranty documents. Earlier call that he did pick up, he always gets into arguments and is a bit short tempered. Just very poor service that I did not expect. I always have to chase him after calling....missing appointments. All because he now all the invoice is paid up. Just not very professional. Very disappointing :(Update: 10 mts after posting this review I finally get his attention and a call. He threatens me that don't you ever contact me again" after this review and I don't care for this review". And then he himself is sending me text messages now....funny guy!!!I have a 88 years old mom at home that I need to take care of

Sam arrived on time to provide an estimate., and emailed us the estimate promptly.He and his team arrived as scheduled for the install; they cleaned up after themselves; and when Sam told us he'd return on Saturday to install plates to cover where the drywall was cut out to connect to the panel, he arrived exactly when expected. We have only positive things to say about him and his team. Thanks again!

Aquaflame just finished my boiler and tank updating. They are very professional and high efficient. Their cost is also better than the most of the other companies but with the same or even better service. Highly recommend!

This guys are very unprofessional. I booked service for 11am and past 11 already and no one coming. I called Sam and said will call back in 5 mins. When I told them just to cancel the appointment cuz I can’t wait any much longer, he just hang up the phone!

Sam is super polite, responds very quickly and seems very honest! I made a lot of calls for quotes, he uniquely responded quickly and also called back immediately whenever required. I sent him photos of the AC rough ins, and electrical wiring at my place. Within an hour he gave me quotes for 3 units. I picked one and in that week he installed a GREE heat pump at my unit! I loved how smoothly and quickly everything went. He has been in this business for 15 years and his manners display that experience! Strongly recommend him for your AC work. He has Gree, Tusot, Keeprite ACs amongst others with him.

Our furnace quit working 1 week before Christmas and Aquaflame was able to come out first thing Sunday morning to diagnose and repair our furnace. Once Sam explained in detail the issues with our 30 year old furnace we determined it was in our best interest to upgrade to a new high efficiency system. 3 days later Aquaflame installed our new heating system. Sam from Aquaflame was very professional and prompt, leaving us with no concerns during the holiday season, which can be a very stressful time of year. Aquaflame just replaced my 28 year old NG boiler and 8 year old hot water tank couple weeks ago, with a Rinnai i120CN Combination boiler. They provided an excellent, well-laid out proposal on the job, with detailed installation specifics. The price is very reasonable, compared to 5 other quotes that I had.The whole job took 3 days over the weekend, as I have 6 zone radiant heating and DHW, and it was most convenient to my family. Thanks to their willingness to work with a tight schedule in the most accommodating manner. The installation was completed professionally, and I am very happy about the outcome and the system performance. Also, it frees up lot of spaces in the tight boiler room.The installation was well organized and securely mounted on one wall with NG line, pipes, wires, valves, pumps and manifolds were well laid out, as you can see from the photos. Ray and Sam did an excellent job in finishing all the pipes rerouting, and exhaust vent pipes installation. They removed all the old equipment, carboards and junks, and even vacuumed the whole boiler area..... and no mess left behind.The system performs very well so far, with expected slightly delayed DHW delivery. The new boiler is quiet and seems to run very efficiently. I guess the real test in energy saving would not be known till winter months.They also provided me with all the paper work to apply for FortisBC rebates, and that helps a lot.I highly recommend their services, and most importantly professional installation and attention to details and customer requests.
