I went to get my prom dress dry cleaned to wear to a wedding this summer, and the service was PHENOMENAL. They removed stains that i had lost all hope in removing and the lady at the counter was so kind. 10/10, I will definitely come here again next time I need something dry cleaned.

I had my wedding dress altered here and they did a fantastic job with the hem and making the bodice smaller! I am very happy with how it looks in the end! They were also quick, finishing it within 2 weeks of me dropping it off. The cost was expensive though, initially they quoted me over $300.

Dry clean at your own risk. Read their policy on their window upon arrival. My mom’s brand new down coat was ruined. The zipper was melted and coat was ruined, it definitely was not dry cleaned properly. Pammy the owner offered to replace the zipper and a credit for future dry cleaning but no reimbursement for the damaged coat. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t find a middle ground for some compensation even half of what the coat was worth. She basically said it is the customer’s risk. Sad really. Buyer beware.

I brought in a dress for my bridal shower that I needed altered in less than a week and the ladies at Guelph Cleaners had it finished in 2 days and it fit perfect! The work was flawless, the staff was friendly, and they turnaround time was quick! I will certainly be going back for future alterations needs!

Got a long bridesmaid dress hemmed here and they did a wonderful job! The dress is the perfect length and the sewing job looks incredible. Not to mention they are incredibly kind :) great experience - would recommend

I went here a few months ago to get my jacket zipper replaced and I can say it's held up wonderfully! If totally recommend if you'd like a high quality repair. They saved me from buying a new jacket

Had my bridesmaid dress altered here and they did a wonderful job! The ladies are so friendly and accommodating, and managed to get the whole bridal party finished on relatively short notice. All the girls were so happy with their dresses. I’ll be going back to get my pants tailored :)

I needed the entire back of my wedding dress completely changed for a different style, as well as some hemming done to the length. Not only can you not tell any work was done, but it turned out even better than I imagined. SO professional, entire dress took less than a month (only needed 4 fittings), and in and out in less than 20 mins each time. I felt so relaxed leaving my precious dress with them. EXCELLENT value - I feel like I was undercharged for the amount of GOOD work they did. Thank you!!!!! 5 STARS

Walked into the store to get dry cleaning done, waited for like 15min. A very rude old hag lady finally came up, and basically was super unhelpful and rude. Told us she couldn’t dry clean our a suite and asked us to leave.
