Great place that I have experienced since 2011. It is the best crossfit gym in Thunder Bay. The coachs care about their members succeeding not only in the gym but in everyday life.

The CrossFit classes are beginner only. They are supposed to be an hour, most of the time it is 35-45 minutes. Every class consists of an easy warmup, a few stretches/rolling out muscles, then most of the time 5 sets of 5 exercise, then a 8-12 minute workout. Overall I’m not impressed. If you want results and want to work out hard, do not go here. There are other gyms in town that offer much better workout classes. Basically you will only do a hard workout for 15 minutes of it at most. Unprofessional staff for the most part. To me, a CrossFit workout should be much longer and much more intense.
