The customer service at this store is excellent. We bought a split king mattress in September, with the understanding that we could exchange it if necessary. After several weeks, our backs told us that it was not firm enough. We visited the store again, and Libby worked with us to find one better suited to our needs. Her skills in sales showed through - offering information and assistance when asked, but not in a pushy way. The exchange went through without a hitch, thanks to her and the facilitative store manager. Our replacement mattress is much better suited to our needs, and we are grateful for having been able to make the exchange.

Roger Lewis is no doubt the best sales person by far. He knew exactly what I needed including the size, the quality and efficiency of the washer I needed. Plus I just had to get Brickley the Bear.

We visited the brick to make a sofa purchase. Our sales associate was Roger and he was very polite and curtious, he gave us our space to shop around and took his time explaining the warranty options delivery guidelines, and made sure we understood what we were getting. Highly recommended

The store is very well laid out with a huge selection of almost any type of furniture that you could need. The prices are very reasonable and the staff member who helped us was very easy to chat with and quite knowledgeable. We'll worth the look in!

I had great customer service from Libby Snow at The Brick, St. John’s. She was helpful and had all the information regarding the variety of appliances that I was looking to purchase. She has excellent sales experience and was very helpful to me. Also, the two women I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. Such a great experience at the Brick in St. John’s! Christian Connolly was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient, he went out of his way to help my boyfriend and I! We got a table set and chairs along with a sectional for a great price for our first house :) We are so happy to have had Christians guidance through our shopping, and will be returning to the Brick and Christian for all our furniture needs!

My husband and I recently had an amazing experience at the Brick on Kenmount road. We were looking for a new queen bed and Krista C listened to what we wanted and instantly showed us exactly what we described and sold it to us on the spot. Krista's product knowledge, customer service skills and kindness made the decision a super easy one. This was our first visit to the Brick and because of the amazing customer service experience received by sales associate Krista it definitely won't be our last and is now a new favorite furniture store! Service is excellent!!!!
