My air conditioning wasn't working properly and I reached out in the middle of a heat wave. Josh was instantly responsive and provided amazing customer service, offering his expertise to troubleshoot on the spot. His suggestions fixed the problem. Very happy and will definitely use this company as my first call for any heating or cooling needs in the future.

I contacted First Call to service both a gas fireplace (that had not been used in years) and my furnace. Sean was responsive, on-time, pleasant and truthful / informative - I would highly recommend!Both my fireplace and furnace are quite old - having never used the fireplace since purchasing my home, he took the time to explain to me how things worked and what to look for. He was very transparent and truthful about the good state of these older devices.

Josh did connection for my new gas range from furnace to kitchen and hooked up the new gas range. He is very punctual and knowledgable. There were no surprises, he inspected the work, gave quote and completed the work in given timeline. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants HVAC services.

I have used First call on more then one occasion for my home. The hot water tank they recommended and installed was a great deal they offered me along with the great service they provided.I was also very happy with the service they provided for my furnace. Sean was very proficient at repairing my furnace pump and explaining things to me. He also was very patient to explain things to me on more then one occasion over the phone when the furnace was down..... he took his time and walked me through the steps I needed to take with my furnace which in return saved me the cost of a house service call where as other companies would have sent a technician rather then trying to resolve the issue by telephone with me. I highly recommend these gentlemen! Thank you so much!

I purchased a new home and refused to pay 3500$ for the builder to have the A/C installed. I shopped around and got the best quote by at least 200$ from Sean and Josh. They were there the next day! Their customer service was fantastic and my A/C works great! I won't be calling anywhere else for other service!

Absolutely recommend this company! First time I had to call them they responded very quickly to our needs. The gentleman that responded was very professional and thorough. He added valued advice for us to keep in mind moving forward since it was our first time having to service the furnace. I've recently had to call them again and they provided me based on what I was telling them things to check for prior to him having to come out to me. His first question was do you have heat! That was his primary concern and it was greatly appreciated. This company cares about their customers first. They offered us their knowledge free of charge on the phone prior to coming out to your house and refused me sending them money for their consult even i insisted. That speaks volume to me.

Sean, Trevor and Josh did an amazing job installing a furnace, AC, ducts and vents, and gas line to our baseboard heated bungalow (July 2021). Very satisfied with the work performed on a fairly large job. Highly recommend.
