After comparing the sales service between Excel Honda and Deshaies, I had no doubts to take my business to Deshaies. Stephen took good care of me and helped me complete the exchange of my old moto for a new one, no problems, no fuss all nice and clear, I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Kawasaki or Yamaha.

I can't say too much good or bad. I came in to look at jackets and helmets. The selection of helmets is limited but there are more options for jackets. I was there 30 minutes, there were 2 gentleman working the counter and they both had a lineup. Which meant that clients such as myself and other potentially new clients were unable to receive any help on the floor. However, the service they offered to those in line - to what I could tell were all previous clients- seem to be very good. They seem to be very helpful towards the clients requests and you could tell that they cared and we're trying to meet every demand. **Remember when reading reviews, that they're based on single personal experiences. They're never to be taken as a complete studied summary of an entire business's standards and operations.**

Great experience buying my bike, Stephane was very friendly and made every step involved in the transaction super easy. Went to see the bike Thursday night, ended up driving my dream bike home 24 hours later!

No idea what all these bad reviews are all about. I've been dealing with these guys for the last 5 years and I always got impeccable service. Parts I ordered usually arrive within 2-3 business days, the mechanics are probably some of the most competent I've seen and I even bought a used bike from them last summer and it looked and ran like new. It's a family run business so they really care about there clients. I guess a little patience is required when they are busy. So, again, no idea where all these negative reviews are coming from.

These guys did a superb job on my bike. I’m glad to have found a proper honest shop in town. Don’t think twice abut them.

I would recommend for anyone looking for a friendly neighbor-type service with A1 skill and professionalism.A couple example:* We were looking to buy a new bike and we got the best advice which ended up saving us lots of trouble and about $2k !!!* We had a couple of scratch on the bikes after a few rides, those got fixed with a great price and speedy results.I cannot explain how amazing they are, you just need to go there and see for yourself !

Friendly Staff, And good service they are going the extra miles to make sure that the client are satisfied. They also providing good advice...Only down side is some time it can take between 2 or 3 weeks to get an appointment. but when they go on your bike you know that it's a good mechanic that will work on it.

I went there today for the second time and again very disappointed! The salesman was so goddam arrogant. It was clear he had no interest in selling me a bike. He assumed I had no money to buy one. He couldn’t wait for me to leave! Horrible service. Never again I will go there!!!!!!
