Unit was unable to persistently meet set point. A couple of visits of technicians from Climateaire the problem was not resolved. It was frustrating to say the least. Joe was incredible. He was thorough. Took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why.I was told on previous visits that the unit was fine, temp difference was in the range and unit was fully charged. Joe found there was quite a discrepancy in the incoming and outgoing air, and from this indication he conducted a detailed inspection and found the unit had leaked refrigerant so it needed charging( maybe leaving the caps off the valves from the previous calls didn’t help) plus the unit was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning even though I was told on my yearly maintenance visit in May and in the recent visits the condenser unit was fine. He spent the time how to properly rinse it and took the time to ensure that his actions resulted in the unit working properly. He remeasured everything to ensure the unit was working at top form before he left and spent time explaining what to look for and what to monitor in the future and make sure to call if anything deviated from what he had explained and shown me. It was refreshing to see Joe depth of knowledge and his customer service and that is why the five stars rating.

Bob and Simon were incredibly professional and thorough. They did a great job cleaning my home’s vents and duct system. They left my home very clean after they were done providing their service and were very kind and informative throughout the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again

Bob was absolutely fantastic, great guy, and had my gas fireplace up and running in no time. If this is the kind of service Comfort Master brings, they are clearly the gold standard based on my experience using them. Five stars easily, and Bob sets the bar very high!

Excellent service, thanks comfort masters . We purchased our complete system , including duct work and system design , from Comfort Masters . Our Mitsubishi zuba ac stopped working, called my trusted comfort masters service number late in the day just before closing. Was told service technician would be here first thing in the morning. Joe “the guy in the green truck” was amazing . Issue was not easy to diagnose, but due to his determination and excellent diagnostic skills he found the problem. Unfortunately it required a part he did not have, he made several calls to get part and had to order it. Now in steps Tracy, she was great , Tracy would call me with any updates and kept me well informed .Tracy did a great job coordinating the whole service process. Part was very promptly ordered and delivered, thanks Tracy! Joe returned and got us up and running asap. There was a heat warning with temps reaching in the 40s Celsius range and they had us back up and running. Thanks again Joe! I was also contacted by Michelle to assure my they are doing everything to get us fixed up asap, Michelle also followed to make sure I was 100% satisfied ( which I am). All 3 of these employees are a definite asset to comfort masters. Thanks comfort masters for the great professional and prompt service! I would highly recommend Comfort Masters for all your home heating and ac repairs and installations.

Joe arrived on time and was easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all.He explained how the system works and made me feel like I learned something today. If you want a good HVAC technician, call Joe at Comfort Masters.They should all be this good.

Derek arrived on time and from beginning to end was professional and efficient.Our HVAC system has never been assessed, cleaned and serviced as thoroughly as it was today.Already the home feels more efficient.Derek offered lots of advice and tips and was eager to share information.I hope Derek is our assigned new service rep as we have never been more impressed or satisfied.

Comfort masters was very attentive to my needs and had excellent communication throughout the process. The technician (Bob) was friendly, informative and did an excellent job explaining everything about the system, maintenance and recommendations. I am very happy with the company and entire experience!!

I called today to schedule my annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner that I bought and had installed from Comfort Masters. Customer service proceeded to tell me that they no longer service our area and gave me the phone number of Peel Heating and Air Conditioning. I really couldn’t get an accurate answer as to whether they were still responsible for my units until the service technician from Peel Heating and Air Conditioning came. When I asked him about Comfort Masters he had never heard of them so obviously I have been dumped as a customer. I am sure the original contract I have with comfort masters is null and void. At the very least they should’ve contacted the customers that they no longer service and make them aware. Shame on you!Michelle from Comfort Masters called me back same day that I posted the review to explain the situation and to apologize for the miscommunication in regards to the transfer of my account. She said it should’ve happened to all of the customers that are affected by this and that they would make sure in future that it would not happen again as well, as honour my contract. I have adjusted my rating because of this.

We got our HVAC (furnace & AC) installed with Comfort Masters services last winter. There are minor issues with the AC and JosephD’Onofrio serviced it. He was very efficient with his work and went above and beyond to do other minor fixes when came up during our home inspection. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him other customers

Very professional and great service! The technician Joe arrived on-site on time and quickly diagnosed my furnace issue. Joe was able to correct the issue promptly without the need for additional parts or service. Appreciate the quick response!
