Food and service were excellent. Wheelchair accessible. We ate on the patio. Lovely view. The only upsetting part for me was that the floors were dirty in the restaurant that we walked through to the patio, and the patio had litter from people dining. We had power bowls, spaghetti & and meatballs, and grilled chicken salad. Spent 125.00 with tip. The parking lot was large, but the garbage was overflowing and ripped open from the bins as the doors were open . The washrooms needed some tiding as well.

Not the first time we come here and not the last time but this time was not the service we are used to. Seemed to be a lot of confusion and many mistakes done. Food was not what was ordered and had to go back a few times cause they'd present us with something completely different from what we ordered. Was very unorganized and the atmosphere was not all that great. Let's hope that they get things under control before the busy season hits.But we will always try to make the best of it.

We were not impressed with our whole experience. The waitress was not very friendly, the food arrived barley warm and our waitress never came back to check on us. I have been to other locations and never had such terrible service.

I visited alone because I wanted to eat pasta, and the staff welcomed me. Meetball spaghetti was really big, but it tasted normal. It's not that it's tasteless, but it didn't have any special delicious points. The dining side was clean and the volume of music is moderate, so it was good to have a dinner.

The last time we were in Huntsville we saw this BP on the water and knew we had to eat there. This year it was the reason we went back!! So nice sitting on the patio watching the ducks and geese..paddlers and boaters having fun on the water.The food and service were excellent!!

We had a lovely dinner by the water. I tried the personal size Hawaiian with sweet Thai sauce. It was excellent. My husband enjoyed his Thai chicken wrap and salad. My Long Island ice tea was perfect and our server was pleasant and helpful. Our feathered companion at the next table just added to the atmosphere.

Bugs and cheese was dry, our waiter said the kitchen was packed and that the ice cream wasn’t made, it came out late and melted. While we were waiting for our drinks, for about 30 minutes, another server came over and asked if they could take our orders because it took too long. We put our finished dishes at the end of the table and the server never cleared it until we reminded him when the table couldn’t hold anymore. My family and I are disappointed and still hungry from our visit.

We were visiting the area and decided to stop in for dinner. A short wait on a Thursday evening, but the weather was nice.We ate out on the patio. What a great water view of the shops, restaurants and old bridge. We had a little bit of a wait for the food. But it came out hot and as expected. The service was good and they were definitely busy.Parking wasn't too bad, bit I suspect when things are at the summer high, it could be a different story.

I keep going to BP when I want GOOD pizza. Then I’m dissatisfied and don’t go there for a year. Then I forget and go back.I asked for “well done pizza”. It was not. It was sloppy to pick up. On the side of undercooked.Toppings were sparse.I also ordered two pounds of wings. (This was all for takeout). I asked for double sauce all in the side. I got one pound and one sauce. To be clear: I asked for two pounds and four sauces.The bill indicated as I was served, so I didn’t overpay. I just didn’t get what I asked for.My major dissatisfaction was with the pizza.You would think a sit down restaurant with PIZZA in its title, would have exemplary pizza.It was not.I could get that quality of pizza at any of the cookie cutter fast food places in town.My low review is not based on the service or the personnel , but at a franchise level.The quality of this restaurant has declined.

It was a rainy Saturday. It wasn't too busy but it was getting busier as the big Lead game was about to start.We love Boston Pizza and this location is right on the water. I can only imagine visiting in the summer and being on the patio.The chicken clubhouse sandwich was amazing. The service was prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
