We did snow hauling for Trio Concrete on a snow removal contract of thiers in Salmon Arm and we did not receive payment, they do not return our phone calls or emails.Very unprofessional conduct and they do not pay subcontractors. Be cautious if dealing with Lance and Trio Concrete.

Though we did not use his company for work, Lance sold his used RV trailer to my wife and I under his company name, and the experience was awful. Lance lied about the damage and overall condition, he lied about the so called repairs, and then he refused to transfer the title when I brought these issues up. We had to send a demand letter to eventually get the title out of him.. We bought the trailer in March and we are still dealing with the mess 3 months later. In agreement with the previous reviewer, be cautious when dealing with Lance.

Trio Concrete with Lance at the helm gave our home a great new look. They put in a new driveway with two retainer walls and an additional two new pads under the half deck and in front of the house. Everything was done very professionally with expert attention to all details of the job from framing to pouring and finishing the concrete to the very last bit of clean up. Another valuable aspect of this company is the fact that the people doing the job are just nice and down to earth good people. Easy to work with and always checking to make sure that things are the way you want them. I absolutely will love to have them back to do some sidewalks in the future.

Lance Hildebrandt and his crew from Trio Concrete are top notch … he gave me a reasonable quote for pouring a floor in my carport , showed up on time , and performed the work way beyond my expectations. The quality of their craftsmanship was excellent , Lance came back to my property the next day to make sure all the clean up was complete , forms removed and even checked in with me days later to make sure everything was good.
