No sushi ready to-go in the cooler means that this place isn’t doing enough volume. Signage is broken, lights are broken, the whole place looks run down and I’m surprised the mall actually allows its tenants to operate this way. Ordered two small sushi rolls for $15 and not only were they overpriced but the quality was terrible as well. The rice was mushy and definitely day-old rice... salmon was discoloured... and they gave me salmon instead of smoked salmon in my Alaska roll because I guess they can’t afford to stock the ingredients that they advertise. It’s very rare that I give a 1 star rating but honestly it does not deserve anything higher. Avoid this place like the plague...

Service staff coughed on utensils and picked nose repeatedly. Charged more than listed price and received fewer items than meal should contain. Staff confused about menu. Small portion. Worst Japanese food I've had, even in Regina. Terrible, would never return. Recommend against trying.

Sushi was fine but right as I put the last piece in my mouth I watched the cashier pick her nose and eat it. Like fully go hard for a couple of minutes.

Slow service, the place looks very messy. They gave me moldy edename.I ordered the chicken choice and there are only 3 little pieces. Definitely won't order from here again.

The chinese female staff is very rude and sarcastic. I asked for the soup serving size and she showed me a small bowl, when I asked to have a beef ramen soup she laughed and smirked sarcastically saying ( Beef ramen soup?!..huh?! It's different )and when she showed me the bowl she just knocked the bowl on their glass shelf to call my attention..She told me it will take 10 mins. Is it ok??! I said yes and since I cannot take her bad attitude and rudeness I asked her why is she rude?she replied with "me?no

Took more than 30min for a Bento box. Within that 30 min, the chef touched the register and then back to food without changing gloves twice!! Yikes. Left without food.

I have ordered the shrimp tempura，beef udon soup and cream cheese roll there.Shrimps are crispy and juicy，soup is hot and beef is tender. The cream cheese roll is my favorite，the size of cheese really surprised me.

cream cheese sushi is always my long time favorite sushi, I got the exact taste of the sushi!the beans are also very fresh and I can taste that all the sushis are fresh and made right after order!a lot of choices of foods and very valuable price!last but not least, the bubble teas are fantastic and I love the sweetness of it!great job !
