If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to the store this evening to look for glasses and I received zero service. The two women that were working refused to acknowledge us as customers. As a matter of fact one of the associates gray long sleeve and of Indian descent walked from behind the counter to lean against the display to look at us all grumpy with her arms crossed. A hello would’ve been nice. Never returning to get disrespected again.

This store has a wonderful selection for everything in general.They are one of the only two stores that are Authorize Cartier Dealers" in Surrey.They do a very good job with custom make lenses

I placed an order for 2 pairs of prescription glasses about 2 weeks ago and saw that they were having a 30% off sale today. As I have not yet received my glasses, I asked them if they would be able to do a price adjustment, which was refused. Since I was already there, I asked if they could look up to see when the glasses I ordered would be arriving and she went to the back with one of the pairs which had arrived, but the salesperson would not allow me to take them since the second pair was still on its way. Overall really frustrating experience especially since I lost my glasses and have been without for over 2 weeks.

Taran D was an amazing help today helping me pick out my first pair of prescription glasses. She answered all of my questions to the fullest extent and I purchased on the spot.

Purchased my glasses here earlier this year. I've always chosen Eyestar(including the now closed Richmond location) to purchase new glasses.Recently they dropped out of my pocket on an indoor tennis court at my sons tennis practice. I was surprised how horribly scratched they were after just a two foot drop.A couple of weeks later I decided to contact the store about what they could do. As I felt the coating they came with wasn't up to par.I dropped it off for a week and it seems like there was nothing done to check with the supplier(Clarity) till I called. To no surprise they couldn't help as it didn't fall under their warranty period".In conclusion the quality of the lenses provided by Eyestar leaves a lot to be desired.I will not be coming back and just another lost customer. Judging by the reviews I'm not in the minority."

I’ve come to Eyestar in Guildford back in 2014, and had great experience. So we decided to come back to this particular location.My partner and I came in a couple of days ago. The women that were there seemed uninterested in helping us, as if we were wasting their time. When it came to the price break downs, they refused any negotiations in price. We left and ended leaving to go to CU Vision where they gave us a great deal, on the exact same pair of glasses that we were considering to buy from eye star. I wouldn’t consider buying anything from this store anymore. Not recommended!

I’ve spent at least $1400 in this store to purchase prescription glasses. It’s been less than TWO MONTHS and my frames are bent, they fall right off my face every-time I'm looking down at my phone, it won’t close properly alone and in the box. Disappointing & absolute waste of money.

I spent over $1300 in this store to purchase eyeglasses. It has been less than 3 months and one of my frames is bent and the glasses won’t close properly. When I went in the manager told me that she is not liable for any damages and stated she did not feel confident in fixing it. Not sure what kind of warranty this is and the type of people that are hired here…better off giving your well earned money to someone that is an expert in the field.
