Dental Care 4 Kids

Excellent service and very caring staff. Had major dental work done on my 5 year old and was super nervous about him being under. The anesthesiologist was great and a prof and U of T which gave me added comfort. Dr. Chiu the dentist was great. Answered all my questions and made my son feel safe. I highly recommend this place for you kids.

Dealing with the front staff is horrible...they are not friendly at all. Every time, I take my children there I leave feeling disgusted...However, the dentist and dental assistants are so friendly and pleasant and really care about their patients...it is sad...I think the front staff needs to take a course on dealing with the public and customer service...they really need to get friendly people at the front to match the professionals that work there.

I definitely recommend dental care 4 kids. My son had visited another dental practice prior to being referred here and he was so nervous and uncooperative. Coming into this office though, you could see his whole attitude towards dentistry change. He was willing, cooperative, comfortable and only minimally nervous. The staff is so informative, thorough, kind, caring and compassionate. They are always available to assist you and offer reassurance. There's obviously a reason they specialize in pediatric dentistry.On the day of my sons dental surgery the scheduling could have been a bit better, but hey, these things happen. I'm not going to give them any less of a 5 star just because life happened and delayed them a bit. Certain things can't be properly accounted for.Trust this Dental office for the best of care for my son! Thank you so much for making this experience a breeze. I am sure my son feels the same.

Very good for kids. Very accommodating and friendly staff. My son who is 3 yr old is comfortable and didn't cry much for the appointment. They did a very good routine check up for him. The interior is also very good for kids.

Our kids have been loyal patients of this paediatric dental clinic and we are very happy we chose them for our kids’ dental needs. The staff is very pleasant and eager to help with information, rescheduling, invoices etc. Dr. Chiu is amazing and is very detailed in her explanation. Her dental hygienists and assistants also do an amazing job. Would highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for the best dental care for their kids.

I have taken my daughter to Dental Care 4 kids clinic couple of months back. My daughter has special needs. However all staff and dentist at this clinic were so supportive. My daughter was also very comfortable with them. Her teeth were properly checked and cleaned as well. Thank you once again

There is no other pediatric dentist office that I would recommend for kids. Dr. Jacob is the most patient and calm woman that I've ever met. She is a Saint with kids.The front staff are friendly and kind.There is a great play area with toys and video games and kids can watch movies while they are having their teeth cleaned. After each appointment the kids get a token to get a prize from the toy machine. A great experience every time.

This clinic is amazing from the dentist to the receptionists. They are so wonderful with young kids. We had Victoria do a cleaning today for our toddler and she was amazing! She explained all the tools she was going to use before starting the cleaning, allowed our toddler to touch and listen to the tools and then was very patient throughout the cleaning. Dr Jacob is also fantastic. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she is great at putting kids at ease.
