Definitely recommend Claire's @ Londonderry Mall. My mom, daughter & I all had a wonderful experience getting our ears pierced this week. Amazing quality service from both Ashton (store manager) & her colleague Brittney. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, & kind. They did a great job on all our piercings.

Went to Claire's after hours for a children's birthday party. The staff made the entire experience so fun and were so wonderfully accommodating. They went out of their way to make the entire experience as exciting as possible for the kids and went far beyond my expectations. I think this is the best birthday experience I've ever been a part of and would be overjoyed to have a other birthday party there!

Had a great experience here both shopping and getting my 5 year old daughters ears pierced! The lady who helped us at the till was very friendly and helpful. We decided to get my daughters ears pierced after watching the other staff member do the ear piercing. She was awesome and did a great job marking the ears and was great at calming my daughter down after - she even gave her 2 free little squishville stuffies after. My daughter was over the moon happy about our experience there!!

We were visiting from Calgary for a basketball tournament. On a whim, we decided to get my 8 yr old's ears pierced. With the entire basketball team cheering her on, Ashton calmly took care of our daughter, helping her not to be afraid. She was very professional and we felt good in her capable hands. It was an experience we will never forget!! Thank you Claire's!!!

I am very disappointed when my girl baby has wrong dots on her earring pieced. I ask them to fix or exchange but they refused to do for me. They are actually greedy. Waste my money for paying expensive for wrong earring pieced. Recommend do not go to Clair’s in Londonderry mall.

I went there to get my ears pierced about a year ago. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The holes came out uneven, awkwardly spaced. My ears got incredibly infected, despite cleaning them 2-3 times a day as directed. I had to go on antibiotics for weeks. I even had to take out one of the piercings and let it heal over because there was so much pain. Hell, my upper ear STILL has a small bubble next to the piercing and hurts when I sleep. I couldn't sleep for weeks because of the pain. The girls at the store gave my the wrong information, they had no idea what they were talking about. My doctor said that most of what they told me was wrong, and that they shouldn't be giving medical advice. When I went back to tell them what happened they showed no interest and didn't seem to care.My conclusion? Don't go here. Go to a piercing professional. These girls are not trained properly.

I had my 10yr old daughters birthday party here and it was the BEST party ever! The manager and 2nd staff who worked the party were amazing with the girls let them have the best time ever! What kids wouldn't want the store to themselves to have a giant fashion show!? I cannot say enough about how great the staff were the kids were able to let loose and have to much fun with them AND the party was so reasonably priced! We would definitely do it again and my daughter can't wait for her next party, even going in weeks later they still took time to talk with my daughter and make her feel special even though her party was over ❤ I definitely recommend having parties at this location the staff are AMAZING!

Got my 3 year old daughters ears pierced by Ashton , It was an amazing experience! She managed to make myself as the dad and my daughter feel so at ease with everything. The amount of questions i asked and that she could answer was awesome! I will recomment this claires to everyone i know! thank you so much Ashton and staff for all your help.

I was surprised at how much I like my replacement jewelry for my tragus piercing! Will be back for more
