Valley Home Services recently installed a propane boiler fired radiant in-floor heating system along with a heatpump mini-split system into a new log home I had built.Ross did an exceptional job with the install and my mechanical room is a real point of pride on every house tour. Ross was also extremely responsive in resolving a couple of teething issues for the hot water on demand aspect of the boiler.I would very happily recommend Valley Home Services to anyone.

Cody and his team were in contact with me on a Sunday when my furnace conked out, we were able to diagnose the issue over messages. We booked a repair appointment for the next day at 9am, they came, knew immediately what the issue was, got the part ordered from their supplier and were able to repair and install the part the same day in the afternoon. I also received a call the day after the repair was done to say there was a mistake on the invoice and they would be fixing the issue the same day (I was overcharged accidently).All in all, excellent experience with this team, quick to respond, local, and the technician Andrew was professional and even explained to me what the new part hey installed actually does.

Very accommodating around my work schedule to book the time I needed for a quote. Cody was very professional and friendly. Asked questions and explained the process, to help choose the right AC unit for my needs. Never once did I feel he was pushy or pressuring me into going with them.Kyle and Tyler installed me AC unit. They were amazing also very professional. Installed my AC unit exactly where I wanted, ensured everything was working and explained all the important information to me.Very happy with the service and will be using in the future for any HVAC needs I have.

Cody and his team were exceptional to work with. I had them install a heat pump and a new propane furnace. They were very competitive with their pricing, and were very straight-forward and easy to work with. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, which wasn't the case with most of the other companies I'd contacted.The installation was done very quickly, and the technicians were very friendly and professional. The install was in a basement which is completely finished, and they made enormous efforts to avoid damaging any of the interior. I was thoroughly impressed with the efforts they made to save any additional repair work, even though it obviously took them longer to complete their work. The technicians also cleaned up so well after themselves; it was like they hadn't been here at all.It is always great to support one of the local shops, rather than the big players. That isn't just the right thing to do, it turned out to be in my best interest due to the quality work that I got.Use these guys; they are great!!!

Middle of a July heatwave (2020) and our ancient AC unit dies. Call around and understandably all HVAC companies are too busy to even want to commit to a week they may be able to send someone to inspect/quote, let alone a day.Cody took my call, and squeezed in a stop himself between busy service calls. He broke down pros and cons of different models and grades, provided quotes for 4 different machines by that night and he had our new unit installed just 2 days later.We'll need a new furnace in a few more years and I know we'll be dealing with Valley Home Services.

After dealing with the nonsense of an unnamed insurance company and their contractor for months after a sump pump failure, Cody and his team installed a new furnace and A/C system, they were on time and very professional from the start of our ordeal until completion. We had them install a water heater sometime ago and didn't hesitate to have them install our furnace/A/C. Great people!

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest Friday of 2023; Cody answered us right away, had a temp fix for us for the weekend and a new furnace installed on Monday morning. You just can’t beat service like that! As a business owner, I know how much value there is in customer satisfaction and we will not go anywhere else…why would ya?!
