First time here and it's just so good! Idk where the bad reviews coming from but they make the donuts fresh and hot. White Lotus is our fave. It's the best! Will come back for more!

I had the chance to try dessert from this establishment today(March 14th, 2023) and to my surprise, the food was distasteful!! Awful and had to dump it in the garbage. There goes my money in the drain! I should have known right from the beginning due to the poor customer service(she was so rude). They go hand in hand with what they cooked. Am never going to visit this place again!Whoever is reading this, save your money and time!Too bad that I can only give them 1 star ratings . They deserve negative ratings for their overall service. That girl/lady needs retraining

My honest review: the customer service was great! The place was nice and the employee was very welcoming. However to all my brown and arab ppl - the taste of it is not good at ALL. The taste of the oil that they use to fry it tastes disgusting. Its so overpowering i cant even describe to you how bad it was. It almost tasted like old vegetable oil coated with nutella- im sorry i tried to like it i couldnt, the taste was too strong. Its not worth your money unfortunately i had to throw it out bc i could not eat more than one bite:(Hope this is taken into consideration and changed:(Thanks for the good service though!

A play on Mr.Puffs, good when warm and at first but after awhile it’s not as good. The topping was a bit thick and didn’t hold onto the doughnut balls well.

Food was amazing but 2 pieces of cheesecake and the smallest order of doughbits was $60 so kinda pricey but oh so good

Get the dough bits but skip the coffees! The espresso" and "latte" come out of a machine - not an espresso machine (one where you push a button) - and the latte uses a powder for the milk

I wouldn't call what I got ice cream, it was more of a vanilla flavored ice slushy. It was very grainy and watery, no cream texture or flavor.

Just had my dough bits. Oreo, Sugar Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, and Choco Loco. Yummy. Too bad these stores are all west of Toronto.
