Revah a Dr

I wish I could choose no Star. Secretary, Dr, place, everything is the worst. Don't go to this place. I have been there 3 times, after being one month in line, when I was there for my appointment she didn't even wants to talk about my problems. Just one to see next costumer. And my POP smear test was contaminated, I had to go there to do it again. She suffered me. And the Secretary.... oh my God....

I got Dr.Revahs name from my mother in law who got it from a co worker. I then gave the name to my family doctor who put it in as a referral. Best choice I made! Absolutely love the receptionist Kelly. Always accommodating and is always so kind to me. I adore Dr. Revah! She is so sweet and will answer any questions you have. she’s made it so far a wonderful experience for a first time mother like me. It’s reinsuring knowing she’s done a lot of births so I definitely feel comfortable dealing with her as she knows exactly what she’s doing. Her smile lights up the room and just makes you feel very warm and welcomed. I definitely recommend Dr. revah as your next OB gyn as you won’t be disappointed!

Such a terrible experience , EVERY TIME.First off, it’s hard to even get ahold of the receptionist. She’s never at her desk. She’s rude, and doesn’t provide information on the location of the place I needed to guess where the office was in the building. Second, I don’t come here often but everytime I do come I end up waiting nearly an HOUR past my scheduled appointment. Thirdly, my appointment had been changed 3 times!I’m definitely going to be looking for a new gyno as this place clearly can’t seem to handle the amount of patience they schedule within a day..

Dr. Revah has been an amazing OB throughout my entire pregnancy, thus far. She is so calm and always puts my mind at ease. I always love going to see her.

Good luck trying to get through to a receptionist on the phone. Initally made a referral through my family doctor. 2 weeks past and no call from dr Revah. I took it upon myself to reach out. I called on and off for a week and i kept getting the voicemail. My doctors office finally ended up calling me to let me know i had an appointment only to find out shes asking for a $100 administrative fee!? For what? Im currently looking elsewhere for an OB that actually has time to respond to their patients.

Worst experience and caused me so much more stress and pain. I went to Dr.Revah for a Bartholin gland cyst and had a marsupulization surgery. After i woke up from the surgery i had pain in my chest and stomach, which was odd because i never had experienced that with surgery before. The few months since the surgery had been hell, I ended up in the hospital with a kidney infection 3 days after the surgery! Then, when my cyst was back to being painful i went to a new Gyno she looked and said it looked like no surgery had ever been done. Which i believe as when I finally got the surgery i was suppose to get my post-op recovery was so painful and so long, so clearly she didn’t do anything the first time because with her surgery i was back to normal day to day the day after like nothing had happened.For Gyno related stuff at least, go to someone else!

Never able to get a hold of anyone in office. Today was the worst. I showed up at the office for my scheduled appointment and the office was locked and dark. No phone call, email, message or anything. I must add I am also 36 weeks pregant and have not had face to face with this doctor since March. She was my ob 5 years ago and I had nothing but good to say but this time around I feel as though the service has drastically declined.

The doctor is a very nice lady but the office admin staff/receptionist is very unprofessional. I spoke to her over the phone on MULTIPLE occasions, she never told me that there was a fee to see the doctor. (Even after they already charge your OHIP account) they want you to pay an annual 40$ fee. I told her I wouldn’t have come if I knew that, my family doctor could’ve done my PAP test for free.I’m not paying that fee and I’m also not returning. It’s the receptionists fault for not making patients aware that there is a fee to visit this doctor. I shouldn’t have to find out last minute upon my visit, especially when I’m not working. I cannot afford it. You cannot legally charge someone for something that they were not aware of. This should be clearly stated BEFORE your appointment. Not during/after the fact.Not to mention the dr. Inserted a DRY speculum ... ow. Supposed to be lubricated. That was not professional at all and hurt.Not paying for secret fees / painful service.Not to mention the office is small and has no means of “social distancing” nobody is 6ft away from you in the waiting room.

Be patient! If you go to visit doctor not the receptionist or place, you will find one of the best gynecologist ever. I was so lucky to have met her and have been her patient. I found her being decisive and having strong mind with soft heart. Health issue is serious and I trust her deeply.
