Copp's Buildall

I really like going to Copp’s when I need to grab a few things. It’s sooo much quicker than the big box stores. You don’t have to walk forever to find what you need, and Copp’s has most things. I would love it if they could improve their return process though. The other day it took almost 15min to return/exchange something I had purchased only an hour before. I’d also love to see better quality products in-store. Keep an eye out for their Civic Day Sale. It’s usually awesome.

Great staff who remember you and get you in and out as quickly as they can. Really nice when you're in often coming in and charging to an account.Also, accommodating for if you're really needing a certain elusive hanger they'll poke around and probably find it for you.Favourite lumber store, best location in town. Highly recommend. :)

It was first time at this store. I live in london and normally do not go all the way to Lambeth. However, I was the home depot in Westmount and once again they didn't have what I needed. As went to leave an employee from HD told me to go to Copp's as it was just around the corner. He insisted that they would have what I needed. So I went and WOW! What a store. If you need lumber, drywall, hell any building materials this is the place.I walked into the store and was greeted right away. The store was very busy but I was helped instantly as they were fully staffed and ready to help. I told them what I needed, they rang me up and sent me into the yard to pick it up. I drove up was greeted by a very nice man who told me where I needed to go and walkedme there. He then loaded my order without issue, taking care not to damage anything. I was in and out in under 10mins. No looking around for it, no having to settle for something close and making it work... They had what I needed and it was a painless experience. I will be going back for all of my building needs... Thanks HD guy! I now have a quality store to go to instead of the HD... I couldn't be happier!

Came into the store yesterday and was helped by Emily. She was super knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. She went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a good size load of pressure treated wood in order to build a replacement deck. The material was perfect for my needs. The two fellows who made the delivery were polite, safe, and quick with the delivery. They dropped the load exactly where I needed it to be, and left. Thanks to Copps for the attention to their customers. Always a pleasure!

I went in to pick up some pressure treated lumber, we had great service, I didn't have to load the lumber on a cart and wait in line. We paid for it in store drove back to the yard and a person helped to load, and best of all it was the same price as the big box stores! Shop local!

Good place for building materials. They always have material in stock.
