Nightmare place it’s tight the yard jockies dominate the street, as do their own company truckers.The shunt trucks had guys standing on the outside hanging off sides, using it as a staff transport bus.Blocked & clogged streets due to line ups, nobody cares about apt times,.first come first served.Any trucker going here should be warned it’s a gong show.Olympia said you can not sleep on the roads, but yet no signage by city of Burnaby indicates that you can’t legally park there. Motor homes are everywhere around these streets permanent residents, and if anyone causes clog ups on street and issue’s concerning traffic it’s OLYMPIA itself & it’s employee, not the long haulers who come to sleep & deliver.Had an 10am apt worker bangs on my door at 8 am and said we can take you now, was not impressed being woken early as it was a late night park n sleep.

Driver cannot back up, took out a retaining wall, statue and damaged the gate... Oh No I will fix it turns the wheels the other way and takes out the other side of driveway... No assistance from company what so ever

Their trucks going 50km/h on the highway need to stay out of the left lane.Unacceptable.

I recently had the BEST experience with Olympia. They picked up our goods from a ship yard, emptied our container, and stored it in their warehouse. Due to the current shipping delays in Canada, we had a team member pick up the goods in a UHaul. The team at Olympia went above and beyond in loading the UHaul, even though it required some very unusual loading. Thanks so much Olympia!

They are the worst. Charge 4x what other people do. Overstate the time they were at site. Overcharge with extra fees that you do not know about.
