Cheryl is an amazing business partner. I worked with her a few times over the years. She is ALWAYS very responsive, honest and efficient.I recently had an urgent purchase closing in 6 business days. I asked if she can take it on at the last minute on a Friday evening. She replied instantly and we chatted about the file. Her office reached out to the client on the next day, Saturday! There is no back and forth, no guessing, no delays and no surprises. She sets up appropriate expectation and get things done accordingly.Highly recommend property owners / buyers, realtors, bankers and mortgage brokers to work with Cheryl!

Not a great experience for a simple copy certification. Firstly they don't accept card payments. Either cash or e-transfer, which if you don't carry cash with you, either way is going to cost you some time. You'd think e-transfer would be quick, but no, they don't help you until they actually receive the e-transfer!They even refuse to print an extra single page (costs 15 Cents at a library), after making me wait for 30 minutes and receiving their $30.Just stingy practices all around. Will never go there again!

There’s a reason why certain businesses get 5 stars and some only 1, and most of the time - the majority is right. Cheryl definitely deserves 5 stars. I like how she cuts to the chase and gets straight to the point because let’s admit it - 90% of us have no clue what we are signing anyways, so why not have someone who is experienced represent you.

I couldn't be happier with Cheryl Kwok Notary. Cheryl worked with me throughout buying and selling process for my place in Kelowna. She was wonderful to work with and definitely goes above and beyond. I was overseas 98% of the time and she always answered my calls and replied back to my messages in a timely manner. She's absolutely clutch when you need something done. I highly recommend her to anyone.
