Pretty good post office, they’re usually really quick when I drop off parcels and letters.

Some times my packages come in riped and banged up, then I seen this today and now I know why... Rain or sine ?

Can't say enough about the level of service we consistently receive from Bill and Mary at the Kerr St locationThey are knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. But more importantly they are professional, kind and courteous and always willing to help.I've been in lineups at this location where cranky customers try to to take it out on Bill and Mary but they maintain their professionalism and the interaction always ends with a smile and a thank youTHANK YOU BILL AND MARY - ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE DURING THESE CRAZY TIMESyou are an asset and should be recognized for your great level of service

Always the best service from this Canada Post. Bill (who seems to always be working!) is so friendly and has great customer service skills, takes covid 19 precautions seriously and is always respectful and nice. I couldn't be happier with my local Canada Post service. I come into this location about 3 times a week, sometimes more for my shipping needs and I have never once been treated with anything other than care and respect from not only this clerk, but the other regular clerk as well, Marie. Everyone here is so friendly and seem to care about your needs and it says a lot when you leave a Canada Post with a smile on your face that you didn't walk in with.

The clerk at the counter was incredibly friendly and his service was excellent. I was skeptical about this location given that it was in a rather popular Shopper's Drug Mart and how bad the reviews had been but either the previous reviewers must've had a bad day or staff at this location has changed because the service was incredible. The clerk (I believe his name was Bill) was incredibly helpful and patient, and even helped me look up my business account to save some money on shipping. Not only that, but he seemed to take COVID-19 safety measures seriously, wearing a mask and careful to keep a six foot distance when he could. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.Before going to this location, keep in mind that it is in a Shopper's, so it's best to go when there's as few people in the store as possible so you're not waiting in line for long.

I love this post office. I come here 3-5 times a week to drop off packages for my business. I usually see Bill there. He is so nice and patient when I have questions. Takes his time with the packages to make sure they are all the right amount and weight. It’s so reassuring to see that because I know my packages and lettermail will arrive to my customers. I’ve been to many post offices to due my business and this is by far the best because of the customer service and it closes at 9pm which is awesome!!

This location is always lined up 20 mins +. - (through no fault of the teller... she's the nicest and most competent Canada post employee I've ever encountered lol.)

Their service might have been good, but it certainly leaves alot to be desired now... I don't know who the gentlemen is and I use that term with reservation, but customer service is not his strength based upon my interaction with him !!!

The worst branch everI just want to drop a package and I have to wait for 30 minAnd it is not only one time. I had the same experience many time. I will never back to them again

Easily the slowest Canada Post I've ever dealt with. I actually dread when my packages are sent here
