Very professional and friendly. Just note that they don't staff this location so you need to call ahead and arrange to have someone there a head of time. They are likely coming from Kanata so just keep that in mind and everything should be good

It’s been since may 16th that I haven’t received my payment I had to put down In order to get a car as mine was being fixed now being told I not getting one cause my insurance they can’t get a hold of … we’ll sorry do ur job better I’m not doing it for you very disappointed I would have never got the car if it I would have known this !!!!! I had to do all the other work also for the collision center

After my run in with Pembroke and not having Any vehicles available after booking months in advance(2nd time), this branch was able to bring in a car for me so I could still make my course! Thank you so much I will go out of my way to rent from you again and recommend you to my co workers!

I was dealing with a gentleman ( Ahmad K. ) in Arnprior he was very nice he explained all about the rental agreement and explained about how the car functions. Also said if I had any questions call him anytime. All in all I was very happy with the car and the service.

Absolutely disorganized and so much miss communication.Twice now the debit machine has been out of service when we returned a vechile.The first time we had an out standing balance that was on file due to this.So once we picked up a car again at this location

Ahmad has always helped me in my bookings. Hes super friendly, efficient and has great customer service. I highly recommend this location solely because of Ahmad's excellent customer service!

The Arnprior location does not open until 8, despite allowing reservations at 730 and the website saying 730. The car was fine, the guy was nice enough, but waiting outside for half an hour was less than thrilling.

I rarely give bad reviews, but Enterprise in Arnprior caused me tremendous anxiety. My advice is to not rent from Enterprise in Arnprior! The car itself was fine, but.....I chose Enterprise because it has been excellent in the past. My family got a ride to Arnprior to pick up the vehicle we reserved at the time we reserved, and the office was closed! I had called to confirm several days earlier and no one mentioned this or contacted me to mention it. There was a note on the door to call an office in a whole other town called Kanata as that's where the vehicle now was. Of course by then our ride had left. So my two kids and I were left standing there. I called the number in Kanata and the sales guy there figured it would be many" hours to get someone to bring the vehicle to us from Kanata. We eventually hitched a ride to Kanata to pick up the vehicle

Great friendly service at pick up and drop off. Car ready to go. Kia excellent drive. Would recommend.
