Halfmoon Bay Cafe
To derive the benefits of this establishment we must bicycle about twenty miles round trip and have done so countless times. We LOVE the atmosphere, the sunny locale when the weather co-operates and the FOOD. The wide range of fare is without fail very good. It powers our ride home each and every time. People working there are friendly and happy to attend to our needs. While it is the case there are no washroom facilities on site, they nestle in the woods 300 feet away. A minor inconvenience which does not whittle down our enthusiasm for the place.

They use the same bead for espresso as the drip and only one milk alternative. The bad part is the only washroom is a potapotty 5min up the road that is disgusting. Not a fan.

Not very friendly. Poor customer service. We had a small dog (on leash) and this seemed to ruin the sour owner's day. She tossed our croissants at me like she was dealing cards. Sorry, didn't mean to ruin your day by giving you our business. Keep driving. Good places 10 mins down the road.

Cinnamon buns were great, the coffee and wrap were okay (nothing amazing), but unfortunately, it's not the food but the customer service which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not a bad place if you're famished, but if you can wait, I'd carry on to Sechelt

Halfmoon Bay Cafe
Was going to buy some coffee and snacks due to fact my toddler needed to use a washroom. When we asked for a washroom was rudely told it was 100 yards away, (sent us to an outhouse) was a quaint little area we wanted to explore and was so turned off from the crappy customer service we just went back on the road. So sad some don't like to accommodate or even give a warm greeting these days. Don't recommend unless you like poor service.

I love this place for many reasons 1 they make a killer egg sandwich i ate one before a camping trip and i could setup the entire camp and wasn't even hungry after. 2 they also perfect their pastry's i had a cinimon bun from them recently and i loved it, every bite was like my mouth went to yum yum heaven! 3 the owner is a lovely person and a good friend she is awesome to work with and much more. There a go to place if u need to be happy. So go... Do your taste buds a favor and stop by this place it is worth evry penny.

Halfmoon Bay Cafe
Fantastic little cafe. Great place for breakfast. Delicious breakfast sandwiches, the scone egger is amazing. Just down a few meter you can walk down to the beach to enjoy.
