The staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't find anything for myself but had a great time. Their sustainable collection looks super nice, is very comfortable, and reasonably priced for what it is. I'll definitely be back.

Personally use to love going to this Oak and Fort because everyone was really nice.My last visit I found one of the employee's was not wearing a mask nor cared if she was wearing one or not but everyone around her was. Also she made side comments about me saying to her coworker Dont even bother helping her

Sales associates were very unkind when I went in. I waited several minutes for a change room, even though there was space. When I went to check out they honestly seemed to ignore me, after waiting I had to get the attention of the associate (who was already behind the cash register) to help me. She seemed upset and dismissive with me the entire checkout process. It’s made me think about returning the items I purchased, I definitely won’t be going back to this store.

The staff here is very friendly and always greet with nice smiles. They have a good selection of clothing for both guys and girls. The staff is always happy to help me with sizes and to look for items.I don't pick the best outfits but the staff never failed to pick some out for me. Chanelle was especially helpful when I visited and I would definately come back for her excellent customer service.

The quality of service is amazingly poor. Unbelievable! I bought several items all together on the first day, two of them were shoes, turns out they were very uncomfortable. Not surprised. So I wanted to exchange them in the next day, they told me I can only exchange for different size or color (which they don’t have my size in another color). The quality is very poor. Maybe for the price is okay? I assume that’s their thoughts. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Their style perhaps is too consistent for me, since I saw last year’s jacket is still for sale on the rack!

My order was cancelled without getting a notification. Staff at the Granville store was rude to me while explaining the situation. I never blaim them, I was trying to understand what happened, but the cashier didn’t have a lot of patience apparently. I will never buy again in this store. This is not the service one should get when paying for things. Really unfortunate.

Literally the best and cutest OAK + FORT store that’s nearby where I live. Staff are very attentive and kind. Ivy was especially kind, helpful and so patient with me as I was stuck between choosing two different colours of shorts that were in two different sizes. I should have just taken her advice and get the smaller size because I ended up going back and exchanging it lol Such good service. Thank you!
