All I can say is that if you have a septic system.....Jaimie is the man you need to hire for any servicing of it. He is so patient and kind not to mention extremely generous to his customers. He will walk you through steps on the phone to do some simple troubleshooting on your own. If he needs to come out, he will always find a way to make time for you. He is, without a doubt, the best in the valley for this type of business. Highly recommend.

We called Yellow Truck for maintenance on our septic tank, Jamie showed up (as scheduled) ...looked @ our tank & told us that a vacuum service isn't required @ this time...Jamie took the time to explain the process...we appreciate the efforts & integrity of Yellow Truck & on another note - there wasn't even a service charge. We will be calling Yellow Truck for ALL our septic needs!

Great professional service!! Just needed my system inspected to make sure all was well. Russell is a total pro and very pleasant. Arrived just hours after my call even tho it was not an urgent matter. I highly recommend these folks, and they do not charge an arm and a leg. It is nice to have confidence in someone in regards to a septic system of which I have no knowledge of. Do not hesitate using these guys. I have no affiliation to Yellow Truck, and it is a self directed review and was not prompted.

Great service! Jamie was able to find our tank that was two feet under soil in our backyard, pump it out, and came back in a timely manner to flush our lines. Took the time to explain everything and was flexible as things came up as we have a 40 + year system. Highly recomend!

Can't recommend highly enough. The routine tank pumping I had booked turned out to be more of a job then anticipated due to a clogged filter and overflowing tank. Jamie kindly fixed the problem, did a full overview of issues, and recommended maintenance for my system. Look no further. This should be your septic guy.

Jamie at Yellow Truck Septic is AMAZING! He came down today and spent 40 minutes explaining how our septic system worked to myself and my children. We are new to having a septic field, and now I have a much better understanding of how everything works and what I should do to keep it working properly. He was kind, patient and SO knowledgeable. I wish all business owners took the kind of pride in their work that Jamie does. I would give him 10 stars if I could and he will have us as customers for life!
