The sweetest staff ever. Richelle and Barb took their time caring, explaining, and providing us with our services. Unlike many chain piercing stores, this one puts the needs and safety of the clients first. Prices are very fair. I will update about the healing of our piercings, but I have no doubt with the good aftercare they've instructed it will be great!

The loveliest people own and work at this place. They're so warm and welcoming and put your mind at ease whether you're coming in for a piercing or to ask questions/ shop. I've never gotten a tattoo done here but I've had a few piercings done by them and it was a very positive experience. When you support Two trolls you're supporting long time Dundas locals and a small business!

I've never been pierced, but went for the first time with my roommate to here. Booked an appointment, came in on the day and was let in with limited capacity in the shop, just me, the staff and my roommate. The lady who performed the piercing was very kind and informative, she was very easy to talk to, showed the entire process, and was patient. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else, this is a great place. Kind staff, great procedure, nothing but thanks to them for piercing me :)

Had my first ever ear piercings done on both sides. The receptionist and the piercer were both informative, helpful, professional and kind. The shop was clean, and its decor was interesting; there was always a story behind the furniture there. The entire process of the piercing went smoothly, and even though I felt a little light-headed after my piercing, they were kind enough to give me a soda and let me rest before going over aftercare. Overall, a great experience and I'll go back if I ever need another piercing.

I am very happy with Richelle's art!My first tattoo was a great experience thanks to her and her mom and the other lady that was there. I was quite anxious and they were so understanding, gentle and very professional and rigorous about the technique, cleanliness and provided me with excellent after care teaching.I think I am hooked! I'll definitely be back for more.

Got my nose peirced about 5 months ago. The lady that did it was so nice and talked me through the whole thing. It barley hurt and was done super fast, and I havnt has any problems with it. It was around 60-70$ totally fair. Will go here again.
