(Pour une construction 2021 en pleine pandémie), je dois dire Service A1 de la part de Jean-Francois Roberge!Portes et fenêtres de qualité, livrées dans le délai qui avait été établi.Sur tout le lot reçu, nous avons dû faire un petit appel de service, il s’est occupé de la situation rapidement et le gars qui est venu arranger s’est avéré lui aussi fort sympathique!Merci à toute l’équipe!

So we are shopping for a new door and we wanted to see how much it would cost us approximately, so we stopped at the 3 stores on st Jean Baptiste, this establishment has working hours not made for people who work days Monday to Friday. So we said let's try it on a Saturday also closed. Yesterday we were able to finish work earlier and since the establishment close at 17h we tried it at 16h45 (earliest we could get there with traffic) and still closed... Opens later, closes before 17h doesn't open on weekends I guess they don't want to make money or they only have contractors as clients anywho we went with porte et fenêtre Verdun

Had windows put in last December. As they company claimed to be very busy. The clips on the two windows that were installed would not close correctly. Called them up and let them know. Was told we had to speak with the rep that sold the windows. Then came covid 19 finally the rep called and came to see the issue. Then the technician needed to be scheduled and the technician didn't know how to get to the house as there was construction road work.Did not know how to pass by to get to the house. Finally a technician came today. Finally after 91/2 months the windows are finally working properly.
