With so many realtors to choose from, we chose Justin because he had door-knocked our home a few times over the past years offering a free market assessment. Our thought was that if he was willing to put in that level of effort building his business, he'd probably work that hard to sell our home. Justin didn't disappoint! Right from the get-go, he was professional, provided absolute clarity of the process, kept us informed each step of the way, and offered great tips for presenting our home. Justin helped our growing family buy our first townhouse then helped us sell it when it was time to move on. Both experiences were super simple. I’m detail oriented and Justin fit with my style very well. He’s informed, patient and well spoken. Justin has been great, we had our 1st conversations last fall, and started the process of buying and selling this Spring. I think it’s fair to say there is nothing normal about this real estate market right now, so it was great to have someone not only be with us every step of the way, but also make everything that can be overwhelming somewhat easy by ensuring he explained everything and checked in often. We would highly recommend!!! And on a side note we found our dream home and he helped us get it.

I met Justin on one of his many door knocking walks in the East Hill area of Vernon. Through this encounter we used Justin in our search for a recreational property and eventually the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. Justin is a competent hard working realtor. I cannot recommend Justin enough! Selling our home had some very unique challenges that he professionally helped us navigate through. Justin also helped us find our dream home in a difficult market, where not much was available. As inexperienced home buyers, he helped minimize the stress of moving, was extremely knowledgeable, and was very quick to respond back. He was straight up with us and worked hard to make sure we were well informed. Super happy with his service, and will be recommending him to everyone we know!
