Went through the drive through only. It was busy but we were able to get through in about 15 minutes. The drive through is a bit awkward as traffic has to cross over, kind of hard to explain but it you go through the drive through here you will understand. Our order was taken efficiently and we got what we ordered. No comment on the restaurant as we did not go in.

Never been to a McDonald’s worst than this location. Always problem with food. Employee 3 Indian lady just chatting the whole time. There’s no on in front of me but I still need to wait 10 min for my drive through order. And the food were cold lol.

Always short staffed. Management needs to learn how to schedule. Drive thru is always busy so i prefer going in and ordering pick up. Also, i have seen delivery drivers waiting 20 to 30 minutes for their order. It should be first come first serve. Employees are hard working but poor management made me rate 1 star to this restaurant

App offers any size drink at $1. They said they're out of large cup. So I accept a medium. He took my code, rang it up at $1.40. I asked why? He corrected it and won't say sorry, instead says Because it's $1 + tax". Lesson: don't cheat customers and if you make a mistake

Always issues at this location- Keep failing to fulfill the order correctly on multiple occasions. Blaming customer for their mistakes (one employee with sassy attitude, mgmt more professional)- Hair nets are NEVER worn- Ice cream machine is permanently broken, despite their reassurance that it is only broken today and will be fixed soonThere are plenty other locations that do a much better job. Keep away from this one.

Ive been to this location a few times. I feel like it’s a typical fast-food place. Long lines, short staffed, and not clean. It takes forever to get through the drive through, so I usually go in and order. The staff seems pleasant, but management has to get enough people working to speed things up!

Very dirty, rubbish on the floor, dirty tables, disgusting to sit down, only takeaway food in such conditions. Dirty glass .. door handles too. Really, if the old institution does not need to be looked after? Where does the administrator, manager look??? I'll attach a photo, but it's just a piece of everything that's there.

I was in drive through from 6:15 to 6:30 with only 3 cars in front of me. If this is one time thing than no big deal, but this happens way to often in this location. Sometimes they close yhe drive through or the restaurant side yo deal with their lineup cause they are do overwhelmed by the business. Maybe head office should look into allowing them to schedule more staff during their peak hours. Or allowing them to hire new staff. I asked the girl why the holdup. Apparently she's the only one taking and filling orders. Usually there's more than one staff to help her.

Just went through this mcdonalds drivethru yeesterday. I ordered the quarter pounder meal and honestly it was one of the best once ive ever tasted for a long time now. It was fresh like it was just made also the fries was hot and fresh. Surrey mcdonalds should learn to make fresh sandwiches and fries also. When i buy the quarter pounder meal in all the surrey mcdonalds locations its never fresh and the meat always tastes so gross. The fries is never fresh there either. Plsss learn from this example surrey mcdonalds locations. Way to go guysssss i enjoyeddddddd the quarter pounder and fries soo much def will come back again. Even the drive thru line up was long but it was sooo worth the wait.

You can’t see any hygiene and cleanliness in this McDonald’s. No one wears gloves and hair cover. They touch everywhere with their hands and prepare all food and sandwich with their hands without wearing gloves, putting lettuce, bread, meat … The guy who was getting order and touching cash, then prepared food without wearing gloves.Also, one day I got a coffee from this branch and there was an insect inside it.They are also serving you with lots of delay and log waiting.
