The dentist is great, highly recommend, however one particular receptionist is argumentative and twists my words. No matter what I say or do, it's never good enough for her. I'm wrong and she absolutely has to be right.Multiple attempts at communication fail, this is coming from someone with autism, ADHD & anxiety.These receptionists seem to be in need of mental health training and de-escalation strategies.Never intended to cause a problem or be a nuisance but these receptionists have the attitude that theirs is the final word and there is no appealing to Dr. Shanahan (you know, being the person who hires and fires them, it would track that I'd be able to complain directly to him but since they answer everything addressed to him...).Regrettably had to switch dentists for my mental health.For those with mental health issues, the staff are not friendly st all.
