I took my special needs daughter in to get treatment for a pinched nerve in her neck/neck pain. She has never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Mark was extremely good with her. He explained everything very clearly step by step and really put us both at ease.He was able to immediately relieve her acute pain, and work on other problem areas on her back. He was kind, patient, with a wonderful demeanor.The office also got us in same day within hours of reaching out to them!Looking forward to bringing her back for ongoing treatment. 5 out of 5 for us! I found this office through google. I watched Dr. Mark Bonitatibus on YouTube. I was very nervous going to see a Chiropractor ( as I have heard many unpleasant stories about peoples experiences with Chiropractors in general ). I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome from Diane at the front desk. No pretences at this office. Dr. Mark was very informative and put me at ease. He understood that I was hesitant, but explained everything in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he is a compassionate and caring individual and has a passion for his profession. He genuinely wants to help you get better. We talked and discussed the treatment. He did not rush me ( sometimes you feel doctors can't be bothered and are on the clock and want you in and out ) this was not the case with this doctor. Once I felt comfortable, he was able to take me through my first assessment. I was informed and felt like I was part of my treatment plan. He also is very friendly and extremely professional. I left feeling happy with my decision to choose this office. I have already booked my next appointments!If you are looking for a Chiropractic office, feeling a little unsure and want to go to someone who has experience and whom you can trust, I would recommend this office 100%. We speak very highly of Dr.Mark and the treatments he has given to my mom and I have helped us immensely. In the past year and a half our pain has decreased and our activity levels have increased. Dr.Mark and Diana are always pleasant, good natured and very accommodating. The level of care we get at this office is amazing.

I have been going to Dr. Mark for over a year now and am very happy with his work. He is very professional and always in a good mood. He genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to my questions and concerns as I was apprehensive about cracking" of my bones. He won't do what you are not comfortable with. He has been a God send with dealing with my chronic migraines. After regular treatments I have found my migraines to be less severe and less frequent. As someone who had them at least twice a week for many many years

This doctor is amazing. I went in to see him not knowing what to expect and a little nervous. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with things before doing them (adjustments and nerve scans etc). I've been coming here for a few weeks and I already see a difference in pain and movement. I look forward to my appointments as well. Very friendly staff and very clean clinic. So worth it!

If you’re looking for a reliable chiropractor who will do whatever he can to help you look no further! The office is clean and they are great at communicating any updates to your treatment plan working around your schedule.

Dr. Bonitatibus is amazing. He provide a full treatment plan based on his expert assessment. I came in for neck pain, but he was able to recognize past injuries and include treatment for those in his initial treatment. Highly recommend. In one session he relieved a tremendous amount of neck pain and a headache that had plagued me for weeks. He's a fantastic healer!

I visited Dr. Bonitatibus two years ago (2020). It was a very experience and benefited a lot from his techniques. I had a paralysing pain because of my lower back condition. Dr. Bonitatibus is very friendly and professional and so is the nice lady at the counter, Diana.
