Ryan and Karla of North Shuswap Automotive are a great addition to the automotive world at the north side of the lake and beyond. I was in a real jam, and Ryan went out of his way to help me and get me back on 4 wheels as soon as possible, no questions asked. He went above and beyond, his professionalism and effort really shines. You can tell he really values the quality of work he is presented with, no job being to big or to small. Took my car into Ryan with a number of things needing to be assessed and fixed. It was prompt turnaround with an estimate, which was reasonably priced and it was ready for pickup a few days ahead of when expected. Friendly service, competitive pricing and addressed all my issues. I’ll be going back for future vehicle service needs.

Stopped by without appointment with a screw in a tire. Ryan was awesome, interrupted his day to help me out. 10 minutes later, screw was out, tire was fixed and I was back on the road. Thanks for the quick service and being flexible, definately will reach out again for anything car related while in the area.
