Canadian Water Inspection Services

I used Canadian Water Inspection Services in 2016 and had an issue last week with my water softener. Moe, the owner, immediately got back to me and promptly had it serviced. I highly recommend this company as they are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I am more than happy with the service they brought into my home. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to today because this company really deserves it. :)

Mo is prompt, responsive, and up front. We were having concerns around potential bacteria in our water supply so Mo came out that day and took a sample. He called us the minute he got results to give us peace of mind. Ultimately I decided to go back to him to supply and install a UV light system. He was quick and direct and Mark out technical was on time and quick with the install. I'd highly recommend Canadian Water Inspection Services to anyone.

Mo was great. Educated us on everything we needed to know and walked us through the full inspection making sure we understood every part of it. Having never lived on a well, this was much appreciated. Incredible service, much recommend!!

Outstanding work done by Moe and Mark. On very short notice Moe was able to come to Kanata and inspect our well water. He ran many tests and even helped fix equipment that wasn't his. Mark installed our equipment a week later and thoroughly went over all details with me - great tasting water now for my family thanks to amazing service

Moe and Mark have been helping us since June of 2015. It started with a well and water system inspection in a new, to us, house. Then being there to install a reverse osmosis system. Last year they replaced our entire water purification system. Since then they have dropped off filters for the osmosis system and just recently fixed an issue with it.Great guys to service all our water needs!

We had a UV System installed and he explained everything to us without ever making me feel like it was about the sale. We felt that they just wanted to give us good advice on how to keep our family safe.His technician Mark, came to do the installation and respected our home and left everything clean with very clear instructions.The whole experience was outstanding! Moe was a welcome change from most in home services, he was very personable, polite and respectful. I always appreciate it when someone who is suppose to be selling me something tells me their honest truth as if they were the consumer. Moe took his time to educate me on my (new) home, how the different systems work and what he recommends to remedy my concerns all while making sure I am also aware that everything I have is working properly and that I really don't need to add anything unless the smell of sulpher bothers me enough. Im glad we found Moe first, someone else would have easily tried to sell us equipment we don't need. Its clear Moe is in the right business, and he'll continue to have mine

The first time we met Moe was in late 2012 when he performed a well inspection for us on our house purchase. Since that time we have used his company to replace the iron filter system in 2020, and the water softener in 2021. He and his technicians have been great, and very knowledgeable which we have really appreciated over the years. He has provided water system advice over the years even when it was not tied to selling us anything. Great company and people.
