Ricky's All Day Grill - Grande Prairie
Had a breakfast for 10 in mid December. They were willing to make whatever each of us wanted, even if not on the menu. I had the eggs Benedict and it was DELICIOUS! I can't say I've had better anywhere else! Service was prompt, friendly and professional. Everyone loved their breakfast. I will definitely return for more Eggs Benny!!

I should've known it wasn't going to be a good experience when the young guy bussing tables and hosting seemed less than enthused. Once I was seated my server who may have been the manager quickly took my drink order and was quite friendly. After bring my drink he took my order.After waiting almost 35mins for my food. A waitress brought it out and went to the wrong table before correcting her self. When I finally got to dive into my food I was super disappointed. The english Muffins that my eggs Benedict were on were so hard I could barley cut through them. Wouldn't have been a problem had my eggs been done softly per my request. But instead they were cold. Even my hashbrowns were cold. I was pretty sure they forgot my order in the window. But I didn't bother sending it back because I didn't want to wait another 30mins. Very disappointing since I have been to 2 other Ricky's and had great meal and service. Not sure if I'll give these guys another chance or not.

Went in to meet some friends, was asked what I wanted to drink, ordered a Moscow Mule. Waitress came back and said, “even though this is on special, we don’t have any of the things to make it.” I said, “ok, so…. What *can* you do?” She says nothing. I was friendly, and joked about coming back in a few weeks and see if you can make me one. She said, “good luck with that “.No attempt to comp a different option or even just make sure to say “I’ll talk to the manager and make sure we get that handled”.It wasn’t the lack of the drink that bothered so much as the lack of effort to do anything about it at all

If I could I would give a 0 star rating my boyfriend and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. When our foor arrived and we started eating we found hair in the bacon and waffles. I am absolutely disgusted and when contacting the location they said they couldn't do anything about it. Then after asking if it would happen again they became very rude. I am not impressed and will never go here in my life.

Amazing food, decent pricing and the server was phenomenal. Kim V was my server today and she was so wonderful my child wanted to give her a hug. It was almost a shock how great the service was, as dining in at other restaurants during peak time usually ends up feeling rushed and the stress of the job is usually apparent to customers - but not here, it was a welcoming and cheerful environment, perfect to have a great family dining experience.

They have this older gentleman working there as a waiter. He is the absolute best. He basically is doing comedy while serving, the man is hilarious.

Great Service, quiet inside even when busy, and clean.Lots of great breakfast options (only menu part I looked at) and good portions.Had the Pancake Breakfast and Waffle Breakfast
