Excellent initial contact with the Lawyer Michael Novak. However, it was challenging to get in touch with the senior Law Clerk. It required multiple emails, calls and voicemails before i heard back. This made the process very stressful for me, especially considering it was my biggest home purchase yet.On a positive note, review of my assignement clauses was thorough and so was all the final closing documents and contracts. I also really liked the convenience of closing remotely

So far so good. I like the communication. They have been patient with me during this busy time of moving. The price is good too. The move is not over but like I said, so far so good. :)Update after the move: I had agreed to pay a $200 that garunteed my mortgage and closing date to be done on the same day however, this was not done. I fact Nanad took no responsibility and blamed everyone not involved like the town not getting a bill to him that he needed. Why was this info not gathered before hand? I told him I had a dog and old kitty hot in the car and we needed to get into the new house after traveling 3 hours. He laughed after telling him my kitty didn't look good. I got very angry with him and disconnected the call. Had to go to a family member's house and ask to bring our pets in. All he could say was he couldn't tell me where the keys were or the code for the lock box until he was paid. That was all he cared about. I refused to pay the $200 fee and will never use them again.

My real estate transaction was handled beautifully. I found the online approach very convenient. The staff responded to my emails promptly and kept me apprised of what's going on. I would recommend.
