One is also more than I can give. I bought a purse for my wife, it was on sale. I went to return it, they refused to give me my credit back. I called customer care and complained about this, they said store manager will call me. I did not received any call so I complained again to customer care. They said just sorry, they can not do anything.I will never visit MK in my life and also suggest everyone not to visit. Customer service is zero....

There were 4 employees in the store everyone was using there phone in the middle of store when two of us enter the store nobody welcomes us and neither of them said hi or came to help so rude and not professional at all. We didn’t purchase anything from the store only for this reason.

Awful customer service. Would buy online next time just to avoid this bad experience again. I returned some stuff and the sales associate even didn’t look at me. Her face and body language showed that she was not happy that I retuned my purchase.

Bought a very expensive purse along with a matching wallet to accompany it. The experience was very apparent the staff was commission based, but they were attentive and prompt to all my needs during my browsing and decision time. The cashier was also friendly. If you're expecting a dust bag for your purse; don't. Upon inquiry, they advised because of the savings you get at an outlet, these are one of the things sacrificed. At the end of the day I'm satisfied with my purchase.

It was super busy in the store but we still got good service. My wife picked out a wallet and they offered to give a new one so it’s in its best condition. It was super hot in there so props for the staff not melting.

I was been there for few times, and I noticed there has a sales name Victoria, really bad attitude, always on her phone, have one time, i asking her for some help, i wanna take a look for a watch, because the watch is stored in the glass showcase, `i was asking her to bring it out so i can take closer look, and she said : OK! JUST LOOK IT, LOOK THROUGH THE GLASS! HELP U SELF! and SHE JUST LEFT! I have never seen a sales talk to customer like that! Really bad experience! and another time, I came to the store again and looking for a bag, unfortunately she is the only one available, but when I try to talk to her, she just bring out her cell phone and turned away！BTW there are other sales, name is Yumy i think, she is the one really helped me a lot, very patient, and polite.

I went there to buy some gifts for my sister and my mom. There were 4 sales people compiled all in the middle, talking and didn't even greet me or anything, I guess they were prejudging me because based on how I dressed I looked like the person who can't afford stuff. Then, I was checking in on some bags and I finalized my decision on which ones I want. The only reason this gets a 1 is because the lady who came up to me was polite and very helpful, though the other 3 just continued conversing each other, when they should be entertaining people if they need help or anything.

The sale was fantastic but unfortunately the manager of the store was disciplining a staff member on the sales floor about another customer saying no one helped them. He argued in the middle of the store with the woman who greeted my friend and I. I was honestly so taken back by the lack of professionalism to his staff member and customers shopping in his store. I asked the associate who at the payment counter what his name was and it is Herman. I have worked with the public and in retail for over 20 years and I have never been witness to such unprofessional behaviour. When I was walking out of the front of the store Herman barked across the store for the associates to start cleaning the store. The rule of thumb is praise in public, reprimand in private. I feel so bad for the people working for Herman/Manager.

I love the store but was disappointed when I went to return my shoes . The shoes broke the first day I wore them and I went to return them. The manager said they looked woren alot and was rude to me, I had just received them as a Mothers day gift from my husband that week. I didn't have the receipt as the item was a gift but said the date bought and asked if they could look it up knowing we are on file. That was a no so I had the receipt picture text to me to show the rude sales ladies.She then saw I has the shoes only a few days. I picked a new pair and went on my way. The staff needs customers service training and to stop whispering between sales people. We can see and hear you, it's rude.
