Not a huge store but friendly and helpful staff. Lots of free parking available. I hope they do well.

This store is well organized and well run, but we couldn't help but notice the prices are far too high. Please remember that these items are donated, and that a store like yours is meant to be charitable towards lower income members of the community first and foremost. We appreciate the need to pay employees and bills, but we were honestly astonished at how high your prices are.

An incredible store with lots of cool finds! Even if you don't plan on needing a cart definitely just grab one, I can almost guarantee that in a lap around the isles you'll find something perfect for you that you won't be able to leave behind. Or you could be like me and awkwardly balance it all while you walk around the store and decide if your arms will be able to handle carrying everything and juggle that cute pink teapot.Better yet, they put on sales for things like tags based on colour, for example when I went in today it was a blue tag sale which all blue tagged items were half price! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and I can't wait to go back! (But next time, I'll use a cart haha)

Well set up and organized. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great place to go for used stuff that might meet your needs. Need a colourful shirt for a holiday or a book or even some old fashioned glassware? Pop in for a visit.

Whoever is in charge of the pricing for the video games and other items is quite legitimately insane. Almost everything is marked higher than retail price at an actual video game store. Many of the games I have seen sitting on the shelves for literal months now, and they are trying to charge retail for empty cases in the glass cases as well. Whatever happened to thrift store prices. Absolutely insane.

My husband and I bought a vacuum cleaner that broke in less than a week and returned to return it. We had a check, but there was no price tag on the vacuum cleaner itself, since we thoroughly cleaned it before use, because this is a thing that has already been used before. In the store, we were rudely told that they could not make a return without a price tag. We left the store and began to re-read the inscription on the receipt. We learned that the product must have a price tag only after we were rudely informed about this rule by the store employees when we tried to return the vacuum cleaner, although we should have been warned about this when buying and we must sign that we are familiar with information. After half an hour, we returned to the store to clarify why, when buying, we were not informed about this rule, the rule of the store. In response to our question, the store employee took our check and simply began to read the information on it to us, to which we again asked why we were not told this information at the time of purchasing the goods and were not asked to sign it. To which the employee answered us that if our signature is not on the check, then it does not matter. In the end, she began to raise her voice more and more and also did not want to give the check. When we finally managed to collect our check, we left the store in a terrible state of morale. It was a terrible experience with store employees.I hope that the store management will have a conversation with their staff and will continue to communicate such product purchase information to their customers in the future. I am disappointed and very sorry that I lost $45 due to the incompetence of the staff.

We decided to go to Goodwill instead of Value Village to see what it’s like. I went to the kids clothing section and my husband went with the kids to the toy section because my kids always pick a toy out to take home. My daughters were playing with toys, not making a mess, when a lady came up to my younger daughter and in a rude voice asked her ‘where’s your mom, where’s your mom.’ She got scared and started looking for dad.She then went up to my older daughter, TOUCHED HER and wanted to take the toy from her hands. She started telling her that she needs to stop playing and my husband told her to not touch his daughter and that she wanted to buy that toy.Everyone left because of this awfully rude lady. It’s unacceptable to be touching other peoples kids. I understand that sometimes kids make a mess but nobody needs to be rude and mean. Especially to children. We left the items we wanted to buy.We never had this happen to us in Value Village. We will not be going back.

Decent thrift store, well organized and friendly staff. Largest area is selection of shoes and clothing. Some items are comically overpriced, particularly if they have a brand name slapped on it. There are still some deals still to be found. Board games, framed art, glassware, storage, jewelry, clothing books, movies and games. There are many many things to browse!

I had a disappointing encounter with an unhelpful employee the other day. I was in the store's painting/art department and needing assistance after surgery, she refused to guide me to the washroom and told me to find another employee for help. This incident dampened my shopping experience and I hope the management addresses the issue for better customer service. Ironically her name is Karin.
