Each teacher takes the time to make sure you truly understand the exercises and meet you where you are skill-wise.Each course not only challenges me physically but mentally as well. Sifu Michael is a great teacher and an amazing martial artist. I have been learning Wudang kung fu for more than eight years now, and Sifu Michael definitely has one of the best schools in North America.
