We were staying at the Grand Forks Inn across the street and had to get a quick breakfast so we walked across the street to the supermarket and I must say it's very clean, great prices it happens to be a President's choice Loblaws store which I like very much. The staff are very friendly and it's got a wide variety of everything you need even household items. Better prices than the local save on in town.

Prices are quite high,the same stores elsewhere like abbotsford/chilliwack/mission/Maple Ridge are ALOT cheaper even though it's the same store. I guess bcuz the truck has to travel farther to bring the products.

This store is wonderful aside from one last who does absolutely nothing but runs around kicking out homeless people all day. She is extremely rude. I've seen her behave towards elderly customers like this and act inappropriately towards parents with young children present. Short yappy dark haired lady - usually there in the evenings. If you can avoid her - you'll likely have a perfectly fine experience.

But 2 bags of prawns. Going to make a dish, it's Sunday 5 pm. Open the bags . Both are so freezer burned. WHERE CAN I BUY DECENT FOOD IN THIS TOWN. OMG 2 FOR 2 GARBAGE

Extremely low IQ cashiers. I had to double check that the cashier was not a 10-year-old child because that was what it sure felt like. Prices are getting more expensive and the quality of the food is going down. Overall, this Extra Foods is terrible, and I do not recommend going there until they improve the cashiers, the quality of food and the pricing of food.

Cheapest place in town to shop. The garden centre in the spring is amazing! It's nice that they are trying to keep the costs down on some of the staples when food costs are so high right now.

Good grocery plus. The in house made bread is excellent and they have a decent selection of food and food allergy alternatives. Also some toys, households and a big pharmacy.

The people that work in this store are great. The produce, is a little less than stellar and must be used quickly. Unfortunately some changes are happening within the store, Loblaws, has deemed it time for a change, and the change will be largely with staffing and the types of services and products they offer. For myself, I will only purchase very cheap specific products, they have lost my family business. Better products and sometimes better prices can be found elsewhere or in other communities where I travel to.
