Not 100% sure that they understand customer service. I have brought items in to be fixed twice now without any inclination at all that they stood by their product quality or care for the customer experience.Most recently I walked in to have none of the 5 staff members around even show the slightest of interest in assisting me.Disappointing

There’s a fat man that works there who is more rude and condescending than this review. Absolute atrocious service. If I could give no stars I would. Shop somewhere else that’s more respectful

Ran into a major issues where I was charged close to $1,000 which I should not be responsible for paying (Flexiti is the credit card company Birks uses when you need a loan - do not ever use Flexiti because they are inflexible and not helpful). The only 2 people who assisted me in resolving my issue is ultimate Jean Claude Zakpiombu. He is thorough and extremely helpful. He is the reason I will ever buy again from Birks. Thanks.

Excellent customer service, we’ve been shopping at Birks Sherway for years and have always had a great experience. Both Ash and Maya go out of their way to help us find the item we’re looking for and the after sales service is just as good. Just wish they had newer, updated products to purchase.

I have always received the best customer service and they have never let me down in quality and service. There products are top of the line. Had a great experience at the Sherway location. The staff was friendly and considerate. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything like some places. They gave me advice and helped me find the perfect ring for my partner. It was an exceptional experience to be served without judgement.
