Was out shopping with mom for bedding plants and hanging baskets, Super Store had great deals and some of the nicest stuff I've seen thus far.

superstore has really declined over the years. Mediocre-store at the very best. The whole store stinks really bad, it is absolutely filthy, produce is awful and often rotting. Meat section is deplorable and, deli is laughable. Can't find something? you'll have a better chance finding your item than finding someone to help you find it. Bakery is decent, lines are horrendous and the baskets and carts are absolutely disgusting. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and unkempt. I only go here if I absolutely have to. Not a fan of the way they make you buy more than one item to get a decent price

Placed a $300 pick up order for 5:00. Arrived on time, called the number and then waited 25 mins before calling the number AGAIN. The 14 year old who picked up couldn’t stop giggling with her friend. No apologies, no real explanation, nothing… she just said they were “just getting it ready” waited ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! Called back and canceled. Again no apology or anything just “ok we’ll cancel”…click!

Locked the door in my face 5 minutes before close, all I needed was a bottle of Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap. Wal-Mart doesn't lock people out at 9:55...Update called the number provided, they told me it's at the store's discretion when they stop letting new customer in which means if they wanted to they could close the doors at 9:45 and stop letting people in. I was not offered any compensation for wasting my fuel driving down and not being able to shop I told them I won't be back and just asked for details from filing purposes. I will now go out of my way to avoid going to Superstores. If you are a late shopper go to Walmart since there is a lot higher change of you getting what you need close to closing time.

Went to this location on Tuesday April 4th and at approximately 12:45pm we got in a very long line to make our purchases. We didn't make it out of the checkout until 1:10pm. Many people in the line were annoyed and at least one person abandoned their cart. There were only 3 lines open. Even the self checkout had a long line.They sent out one more cashier but only after a few complaints were made at the service desk.

Nice Superstore with lots of selection. A few vegan items available here that haven’t been at other Superstores. Lots of parking. Decently clean.

Real Canadian Superstore Cowichan Way
Went to the store on Sunday April 2, specifically to visit the garden centre, which was advertised as being open. I had a long list of items to purchase. The entire garden centre was closed and locked up due to cashier not showing up for work. And all I got from the lady at customer service was a shrugged shoulder.This shows poor management. Wasted 40 minute drive each way. Apparently my time and gas money mean nothing, not to mention losing me as a return customer. I will think twice about shopping here again.

My friend and I arrived at 9:45pm, and the store was already denying customers entry to make any purchases. Rhe awrcurity guard was ignorant enough to flip me the bird also...

We love the house sourdough bread. However there were no carts at store front and baskets were dirty. When we opened dairy fridge it smelled really awful. Place needs a deep clean and quality control managers.
