I had a great experience with my manicure and bio gel extensions at this place! Jade was very diligent while doing my nails and delivered my vision to the best of her ability! The staff was very friendly and transparent about pricing and accommodated any last minute needs I had. One of the best nails I’ve had. Highly recommend :)

Terrible manicure and pedicure. The shellac is peeling off one day later. My pedicure was rushed and she barely took off any dead skin.

Went in for a simple gel polish. I liked working with Anna. I booked an appointment the day before and was tended to immediately as I came in, though I was a tad bit early. Anna really paid attention to detail as I have a nail that bleeds (even when I do my nails myself). She took great pains to keep the area cleaned, used LOTS of antiseptic to ensure that the wound was dealt with properly. I really appreciated that. Will be going back every month for my polish change and gel mani/pedi!

Only coming back to this place because of this amazing lady who works here, JADE. I came here for shellac manicure and pedicure. Anna did my pedicure but was in so much rush as she had to leave, she was very aggressive while shaping my toenails,she didn’t bother massaging, literally threw the warm towel on my feet. I wasn’t happy with Anna’s service at all given all the reviews I have seen about her. But then came JADE who went above and beyond to do my manicure. When I told her about my pedicure experience with Anna, she made sure that she fix anything that Anna left incomplete. Jade also stayed longer even though they shut at 8.30pm. I am giving 5 stars only to JADE.Thank you so much JADE!!!

Came in for a last minute colour change and did a shellac manicure with Cheryl before my vacation. Never had such a bad quality shellac manicure before, she was super aggressive when she was working on my nails, and the polish started to chip on day 1 of my vacation. Never ever coming back again. I can 100% do a better job myself at home with regular nail polish that will hold for more than 1 day. Waste of my money.

The service is good and friendly. I requested the manicure and pedicure with shellac, I really liked it, I recommend it.

Very friendly, professional and I recommend vanity nails to my friends and family because they gave me the best design and perfect set of nails.

The experience I had here was not greatI was not comfortable with 1 specific finger nail that didn't look right while lady named Anna was putting it up and shaping it.Anna ignored me at 1st and upon again mentioning it to her to replace it? She got aggressive and started arguing with me that it is perfect, n I am wrong. When I insisted further more then she changed it only upon orders of her subordinate.But she was too adamant not to care at 1st. Ridiculous customer service.My nails look fake n lumpy, and also, she left some gap between skin and nail being put. It already looked like it was 15 days old m grown.I want to upload pics but I don't see options.

2 stars because I never actually got to use their services as they were nearly 20 minutes late past the opening time that Google has posted when I went there last week. It was raining, not a good time. The same issue happened with the salon across the road too... smh, is no one punctual anymore?

Do not waste your money!!!!! The ladies had me sit for 45 minutes when they could’ve told me back, a lady named Anna was super uninterested in my satisfaction refusing to remove my old nail because “ they charge more for shape“ when she was cutting and filing my nails……. Worst nail appointment ever tbh.
