Travelodge by Wyndham Lethbridge

A nice, tiny hotel along the main road of Lethbridge. Located right next to some good bars to eat and drink. Staff was friendly and the breakfast came out hot and fast. A good place to stay for the budget traveler.

The price of the rooms change at what seems like random i personally have spent from $156-$68 for the same room. I have found garbage and food under the beds and in the drawers almost everytime. I have been here the management is very judgemental and rude I have spoken with some of the staff and have been told that they are even worse to them. All in all I would not stay here unless you have no other option.

The staff and manager here of the Travelodge has been nothing but 100% with their customer service. We had an issue thinking the room was a little bit warm and as soon as we brought this to their attention they had this problem dealt with right away. And even after it was dealt with the manager came and found us in their restaurant and wanted permission to double check our rooms ac out. The restaurant that is adjoined to the hotel has really good food and waitresses. I also asked the housekeepers to give us another shampoo and conditioner and I only needed one but they gave us a couple. The rooms cleanliness as far as I could see being an ex housekeeper was done to the highest standards. You can tell they have updated bathrooms and bedding. Which I was amazed cause I was worried seeing the outside of the Travelodge it looks a bit older but don’t let that discourage you as it’s all updated in the rooms. Also, if you check in late at night their are vending machines in the front lobby with anything your little heart might desire with a pop machine with all kinds of flavors. Definitely stay here you get your moneys worth you won’t be disappointed!!!!

The place reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Very off putting. The staff was courteous but I doubt I’d stay there again. It was an emergency situation. If I had more time I would have picked a much more desirable location and a place that matched my lifestyle.

Preet went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Customer service is excellent here. The rooms are hit and miss. I’ve had nice ones and not-so-nice. Location is great and close to everything you need.

Customer service was great! Everyone we talked to was super friendly. The room was clean but very dated. It was a smoking room, but the smell was not from cigarette smoke. But it was quiet and a good sleep on a pretty comfy bed.

The people working at the front desk were kind and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. They had the same person serving breakfast and working the front desk, so he was running from the desk to the restaurant and back with a small bowl of eggs and sausages because they obviously don't want to cook more than they need to. Several health violations involved. The room was gross. Lamps were stained, chair was broken (no support on the bottom so I was basically on the floor), fridge was in a cupboard space that didn't fit. Furniture is old and in disrepair. Luggage carrier was hard to find and stained. Bathroom and shower were okay, TV is fine, coffee in the room was good.

We stayed 2 nights, rooms were not cleaned well, dead flies on microwave and garbage behind nightstand. Room was extremely dated, both nightstands have no finish left on the tops. The breakfast both days just had scraps left when we came down. Coffee and yogurt was good. There was some kind of fight in the middle of the night on our floor. Does Travelodge still house homeless in some of the rooms?
